Self Exclusion Query

I have a general query about a self exclusion within TGP group of casinos - SetantaBet, JenningsBet, SportPesa, Betvision, Fun88, etc.

3 years back I SE from JenningsBet, not because of gambling issues, probably because of bad losing streak there (I forget why to be honest!). Their UKGC licence number isn't displayed on any of their sites. Anyway, unbeknown to me I also had accounts at sister sites and have played there very infrequently without making a withdrawal.

Today, after playing at SetantaBet, I discover the association with other sites and question whether should I have had a withdrawal at SetantaBet, would it be honoured given I have an active SE within the group and on that licence (JenningsBet 5 year SE and a permanent SE at Fun88) and whether it is ok for my account to remain open.

The reply from the Duty Manager states:

Dear Richard,

Thank you for your email.

As of 16th of March 2018, we updated our terms and conditions which mean if you Self Exclude from one brand from TGP you Self Exclude from them all.

Prior to the 16th of March 2018, the customer's has to inform us if they wished to Self Exclude from the whole of TGP.

When doing the Self Exclusion online they were offered the chance to Self Exclude from the whole of TGP

I have looked through all of your Self Exclusions and communications with you and you never requested this.

You currently have two accounts Setanta and SportPesa that were active, but I have suspended them.

As I wish to offer you the opportunity to Self Exclude from the whole of TGP if you wish to.

We offer 6 Months, 1 Year, 5 Year or Permanent Self Exclusion.

If you are happy with your level of gambling and wish to use these accounts then you can.

If you also have any other concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us again for further assistance.

I always thought that if you SE at one casino, then it blocks all within the group? I'm not fussed either way, but seems to go against the grain of other discussions based on what he said above. Also goes against what UKGC LCCP rules 3.5.3?

Like I say, I'm not overly fussed as my play time there was minimal and to be honest, I'm considering taking a long break anyway as debts paid off after recent big win.
