self exclusion not working at videoslots

I have used the take a break function many times in all the casinos i have played in but now video slots are taking the piss. After reaching personal limits i normally take the full 6 weeks to cool off but after a week or so after stating the limits my account is open again ready to lose money i.e last weekend set 6 week time out this week lose £25 as I am able to access my account .once maybe but this is getting to be a recurring theme with them

they say nothing wrong at their end, it must be me or my pc according to them. 1 less casino to play at

Do it again and screenshot it, then see if it's removed early.
