There is nothing i have posted that is lies nate. I'm sure 32rep would be quick to set the story straight if I had lied at any point. Yes, I have passed it to lawyer that has confirmed there is a case for failure of LCCP terms. You have been quick to try and discredit everything i have said, yet not once commented on this particular casino groups failings....i wonder why..:what:
Maybe you didnt lie, but the fact that you stated early on that they refused to reopen the account several times then further along the thread you have said it was reopened and closed again more than once is misleading to say the least.

A lawyer in the UK au fait with the LCCP? Hmm, yet to see it. Having spoken to several civil recovery lawyers previously they dont have a clue about LCCP. I would imagine any such lawyer would have been at one time a head of legal/compliance for an operator.

Well you posted your account was closed in 2013 and despite you asking over the years they refused to open it again. Then you posted they did re-open it in 2017. Both statements cannot be true, therefore one is a lie.

Which solicitors are you using, there would be plenty of people interested in knowing one who actually understand the law and LCCP's?

Solicitor is a family member. He has confirmed there is a failure to apply responsible gambling methods from operator.

To confirm case:

Permanent closure of unibet account. They correctly did not reopen account as i tried to on 3 occasions over 3 year period.

5 year Self exclusion from 32 red in jan 2018. They have confirmed via SAR that they no confirmation of what self exclusion would cover.

Unibet SAR has revealed they have not supplied chat transcript of permanent closure. They claim it was lost due to change of platform or system. Although they logged permanent closure..they could not provide transcript.

2017..kindred acquire player database from 32 red and roll out 'early detection system' for vulnerable players.

Kindred also fail to confirm when cross platform exclusion was applied and also why existing excluded players weren't included.

December 2019 allow bingo.com account to be registered..confirming my details and allowing 8 deposits in 40 minutes totaling £3600.

Yes, case will be brought to court but it will take some time. I will keep you updated.

I would like to refer to post on page 2 of this thread. Bingo.com refused to pay a player that had won, when having previously excluded with 32red. I have included this in my evidence also.

Having spoken with you I have included partial details of your cases in my report to the UKGC as well. The casinos are a shambles when it comes to RG issues, they already know they cant direct them to IBAS and are hopeful that it's an isolated case and the UKGC wont act.

At this point I would like to specifically call out 32red and sister sites. I believe I am now up to 19 accounts despite being permanently excluded. One I actually won with what I deposited on, Bingo.com, and they wont pay the winnings. Returned the deposits though. Funnily enough on the other 18 accounts they haven't returned deposits. This is stealing essentially. The 32red rep can feel free to post as well but having exchanged PMs with him I cant see that going well. A shambles of a company and your day will come very very soon, sooner than you know! Advertise all over the place in the UK as the responsible company but they are far from it. An organisation driven by profit only and nothing else.

Thanks also for the SAR which myself and lawyers have gone through...see you soon you *snip*
Hi,

I know its a long shot..but do you have response from bingo.com in regards to not paying winnings? If so, are you willing to share? As this would aid my legal case greatly, showing how they apply rules when it suits.

Hello,

I have a similar case with Guts casino as I was self-excluded by GamStop. If anybody can help me I will share the whole story here.

Thanks in advance.

I thought self exclusion was designed to protect the player. All I see it doing is giving a loophole to casinos to steal money at will.
I went through my deposit and as soon as it got to bonus fund balance of $40 it got confiscated and free spins reward was taken away, all in front of me at Johny jackpot. All because the games kept getting errors at fruity casa, so I self excluded in complete frustration.
Something should be done about this. It has been going on 3 or 4 years now?

My case has proven that casinos will apply exclusion when it suits. The gambling commission really aren't interested in changing things. If you have time and money, i would suggest court action is the only way to deal with them.

Hi,

Do you have record of bingo.com correspondence from last year? I am awaiting court date, and your response would aid me greatly.

It now transpires that unibet also failed to apply exclude from a stan james account i had. Not only that, they didn't provide everything in SAR!! This was prior to asking my unibet account be closed for 'infinity'. Several threads on here show automatic exclude applied from unibet when they bought out stan james...so why not my account? My case clearly shows this group will not apply responsible gambling restrictions if they think a player can be hugely profitable..i will update you on any more news...I am confident when it reaches court, that i have a great case.

Yep, these lot are as bent as they come.

I had an email off Unibet in the last couple of weeks or so saying I have been self excluded.
You will all see how long it was since my last post on this thread. Seem acceptable they took that long to link me to my other accounts at sister sites?

I tried to reply to query when I’d get my refund, they had blocked my email address from reply. Absolute sham outfit.

Hi..since kindred group will not respond to me. Can anyone clarify the self exclusion terms for that group? I have attached something from thread that claims it covers all brands. They won't confirm to me when this happened. Anyone got info?
