Thank you, Advocate of FL.
1.
"EveryMatrix may be
A service provider" No, EveryMatrix
IS DEFINITLY WITHOUT ANY DOUBTS A service provider." since I received a GDPR report with KYC data (name, surname birthday, email adresses and so on...) from "
dpo@everymatrix.com". As you can see, third parties, like EveryMatrix, have full information about my activities on FL.

Just because Fortune Legends uses not only
ONE service provider as
THE service provider, does not change the fact the they use
A service provider and shares KYC data with them.
If FL uses EveryMatrix and dont care about any pre-existing SE on the records of EveryMatrix, than FL indeed fails to set up responsible gaming practices ---> Big advertising in their data pricy policies but zero results. But wait- now I got it!!!! If I would win 100K at FL, of course they wouldnt pay me the winnings because of the SE they have been informed through their service providers. I understand. Seems like a win-win situation for FL.
If it comes to a disease like gambling addicition, we should not get lost in the little one and talk about A/THE service provider. Who enjoys the advantages of the online world (opening 100 online casinos with 100 different brands and using multi networks/cross linked platforms etc)- should also carry the burden of it. That`s it. Everything else is simply a lack of responsible gaming. Whether you like it or not.
