I just want to clarify something . I self excluded from a particular online casino (have email proof with reply) had a lapse the other day and signed up to another site which is never heard of . I deposited so much then realised it was owned by the same company. Now as long as you don't give Mickey mouse details which o didn't signed up with same email and same username dob etc. They should of picked up on this right?also should the deposits be returned because of the situation? I want straight to live chat when I realised and they said they don't share self exclusion from site to site although same company lol also got an email off them basically saying TS not there fault etc etc .

Some help please thanks

The website is cashpotcasino 6 months earlier had self excluded from euromoon casino .this has happend before and sure has to other people and as soon as your dob is put in your account is blocked .I know they can't physically stop you opening accounts but they should hold responsibility
I've had auto refunds off some sites without even knowing just because they have picked up on it .

What's the best route as my emails are doing nothing for me.

Thanks

First of all is that both casinos do NOT hold a UK license, hence, firstly they should not accept players from the UK and secondly they do not have to adhere to the UKGC regulations regarding Self-Exclusion.

They are licensed in useless Curacao, meaning that you won't stand a chance to see any of your money.

Further, this casino group has been caught using counterfeit games from Netent and other providers, hence they are not in the good books of any CM member.

The only thing you can do is to write to the UKGC that an unlicensed casino let you register and play. Maybe they can do something about it.

How did you end up signing up at these rogues? Since you are in the UK, you have the creme of the crop to choose from generally speaking. Euromoon and its shitty offspring are infamous for using cheating software. It's been widely reported on. Furthermore, they are prohibited to take UK players since they have no UKGC license.

You need to complain to the UKGC today about this. This casino group needs to be shut down for good.

Hi thanks for your reply . So iam basically excluded from all UK gaming company's pritty much . And they do a good job if you accidentally signing up. It happens when they have so many brands .

So anyway I had a lapse googled and found these honestly didn't think anything of it until I put 2 and 2 together and seem that I'd been excluded previously from them.

If the helpful people on this forum didn't mention the fact there not aloud to take on UK players I would of never of know.

And I most certainly will be complaining to them . And equally I have all the evidence to go with it

Just wish I'd used this forum more!

Many thanks

They are also sending spam to UK email addresses, either deliberately or through neglect. This is another way they would be able to attract UK traffic, and being the rogues they are, they will allow UK players to register even if they put "UK" as their country. Neteller will block deposits, but cards will mostly work.

A good many unlicensed casinos are using the internet and email to market to players, and if they don't block UK players, it's unlikely many UK players will know about the licensing situation, because they ARE licensed, and have all the details on their website, so even if a UK player is looking for signs of credibility, they will see that there is a license, and that if they click through to check it comes up as valid. Most new players have little idea of the legal complexities, and that the UK has a somewhat unusual system of requiring TWO licenses, one primary, and a secondary UK specific one.

Of course, all this can be expected from a casino prepared to use pirated games, and no doubt they would have discovered the self exclusion had they been asked to pay out winnings.

The UKGC do have a system for gathering "intelligence", namely reports from UK players that an unlicensed casino has been taking bets from UK players. They are monitoring the situation to see if it's a problem sufficiently widespread to need further action, such as requiring banks to block card transactions, or even using the current system for blocking sites like Pirate Bay by court order to block the sites of unlicensed casinos known to be taking UK players.

The UKGC also place some responsibility on game providers, so if an unlicensed casino is providing games from a UK licensed game provider to UK players, it will be a black mark against the game provider and may threaten it's UK game provision license. This is why most unlicensed casinos tend to offer games from providers that don't have a UK license that will be put at risk.

Thanks guys you have been most helpful.

I have another question to ask. But not sure if I need to start a new thread ?
Anyway I will ask anyway please just tell me if it needs moving.

Anyway Boylessports who iam self excluded from once ran a website called betmclean (until 2015) .
I signed up to betmclean not so long back. after realising it was once run by Boyles . Up until 2015 . Should betmclean still of held the SE information from Boyles or not?

Hope I've explained that right lol

And I'm excluding you from this forum becasue it is clear to me you are having issues with self discipline and gambling.

You self exclude when you can't control yourself - period. Full stop.

You are now in the "quit gambling" user group. You are still a member of this forum, but you are not allowed to participate in the gambling related sections. Good luck.
