I have tried to use this option at InetBet and CW and keep getting an error message that it is not available in my region.

Is this a US option as the email from IB stated or what?

I use P&P sometimes so I know I can buy vouchers.

Hi anniemac,

I know there are 2 different types of voucher payments allowed in some casinos.

One of the is paste&pay ( says EZvoucher) and the other is "Secured Payment Voucher"

I don't know anything about the second one.

The one you probably want is EZ.

And Deanna, she IS in the USA.........lol

I was able to use it with my regular mastercard debit card, but when I tried to use it with a Chase Bank card, I got a refusal from the bank. Actually I was testing the Chase Card, because they had said years ago that they would not accept gambling with "their" card. They still won't.

However, speaking of InetBet, I see that they are going to do that nasty "upgrade" to a full windows display.
I sure wish they wouldn't. I continue to have trouble with it at JPC and Slotastic.

Paste and Pay is EZVoucher at Club World. Not a problem using it.

The Secured Voucher is the one that won't work and I can't get any further than the cashier 2nd page before I get the error message. Oh well, got a couple of cards that still work and I can use P&P so I guess I won't worry about it.

This was fixed 22:00 CET.
All vouchers have been reset, and all customers has been informed about the incident.
The affected customer received their email 23:40 when all voucher had been reset back to normal unused state.

If anyone is still having issues please drop us a mail to [email protected]


MaryJean : We made RTG aware of the problems players had been having with the lobby re-sizing. We have asked them not to upgrade us until these glitches are fully ironed out.

The full sized lobby is a REAL hassle! As others have mentioned, for some reason the focus seems to make some people dizzy. I had to shut it down one day really fast, because I was getting vertigo from it.

I can't explain the reason for this but there it is. Add that to the fact that the player CAN"T get out of it and go back to a regular window is irritating to say the least. We would like the choice, like any other program. That is what the minimize and maximize buttons are for in regular windows, but those are missing in RTG's format---and---the ESC button doesn't work as was suggested. The only way to copy a photo of a game screen is to printscreen with the keyboard, then completely exit the lobby and go to Paint, paste it and then reopen the lobby to continue playing. Obviously that leaves many interesting items uncopied.

Again---thanks InetBet for going to bat for us.
