My hard drive died on me last week and I had no back up.
When I got back on line, I had to reinstall any casino I wanted to play. The other night, I downloaded William Hill and, after attempting to reactivate my account and deposit $100, I found an $80 bonus in my account.
I like to know the strings attached to any play so I called customer service to enquire why I had received what appeared to be a sign up bonus. (I had received the same bonus when I signed up with them about a year ago.) I found that Will Hill is no longer using e-cash but the casino is now using their sports book cashier for the casino (or in the process of making this change, I'm not quite sure). Anyway, I made it clear that I had received a second "sign up bonus" and CS told me, "If the casino gave you a bonus, good for you, you're welcome to it." I was told the wager requirements were 20 x bonus.
I went to work and had a tremendous run of luck. An hour or so later, I requested a cash-in of $825. I was a bit nervous while waiting to receive the cash-in since I had nothing in writing that I was entitled to the bonus I received but the money just hit my NETeller account tonight (about 48 hours later). Thank you WH.
Just thought some of you may like to know and go for the bonus yourself. I don't know if you would have to delete the software and then reinstall, but if this is your bag, you may give it try.
Good luck ladies and gentlemen. William Hill can rest assured they are on my rotation (with or without bonuses) from here on out.
