SE issues Everymatrix/Fortunelegends

Hi!
Just want to warn you about this.
If you have Self-Exclusion on Everymatrix you can still play at Fortunelegends.
They say they dont have anything to do with Everymatrix still there is a lot of evidences that says otherwise. See attached.
They rent their services and still people who are SE can deposit and play.
I am blocked/blacklisted on Evermatrix since 2018.
As you can see they use games from Everymatrix license so i should have been blocked? And the money is processed by Moneymatrix which means that my deposits should have been stopped.
Wonder what would have happend if i won a lot?
I asked for a refund but didnt get any because they dont have anything to do with Everymatrix....

Yes, its my own fault that i lost money.
Yes, i have gambling problems.
Yes, ofc i want my money back.

But i think that if we who have problems should be protected these things must work.
If they rent services, who is responsible to make sure that no SE player could play?
Everymatrix will sure get a piece of my losses.

Dont need any bad comments on this issue, i know as i said its my own fault.

Mobilt have their own license and is not sharing a license with EM, they are not a white label and simply use the EveryMatrix platform as a paid service. Obviously there are no way for them to know if you self excluded with another company, Everymatrix does not share their customer details with 3rd parties.

You are right that they dont share license but FortuneLegends share info with them and that i mean is that i am blocked/blacklisted on EM and when i deposit it goes throught Moneymatrix who is the same license as EM and therfore my name, personalnumber ahould have been blocked?
Same way with the games?
When i start a game EM shows up.
If i am blocked/blacklisted on EMs playform i shouldnt been able to play there.
Thats my oppinion.
I may be wrong in this thought?

You are blocked with everymatrix and any white labels they operate, Mobilt is not a legal entity of EM, nor do they have access to each others database. They simply use a individual instance of EM's platform that operates independently from them.

I do understand that this is not the answer you want and sympathize with you, but there is nothing you can do to reclaim losses.

My best advice for you is to take further steps to block yourself from gambling sites and avoid any relapse in the future.

i still feel this is wrong, ofc both Moneymatrix and EM knows that its me who has deposits and gamble.
Hard for me to proof but this is 2021 and they see everything.
But after reading on forums im not surprised that EM works like this. They have some issues over the years.

If i was blocked/blacklisted...
You self excluded from everymatrix, later you opened a new account with a different company that happens to use a different instance of the same platform. You got no case here.

Yes, you have said that. I have sent all to their ADR and then they get to decide.

I still think that the deposits shouldnt went throught. It should have been stopped at Moneymatrix becuse of me SE their.
In their database my personalnumber is banned which should been alert when they get my info.
But thats what i think.
You maybe right, time will tell

I'm sorry but you simply won't get anywhere with this and again I suggest you focus your efforts on measures to avoid relapsing in the future.

I have sent the complaint to eCOGRA and as i said, time will tell the outcome.
Im not expecting anything.
