Sci-Fi Casino continues to send me newsletters, despite following their
'removal' instructions located at the bottom of the email.
It states the following:
"Remove yourself from future email here or forward this message to SciFi.14@reply.mb00.net with the word 'remove' in your email message subject line. "
I did this 5 TIMES already. Each time I get an automated email that
says I have been removed, however, they still come.
Being so annoyed about it, i forwarded the newsletter to their casino
manager, support and a few other email addresses I have for them and
ALL of them went unanswered.
This casino has proven to me that they just flat out suck and further proves
they do not give a darn for their players. As far as I understand the new laws, this email would be considered SPAM now since they have NOT removed me despite following the removal instructions.
Anyone know how to post a complaint?
I had closed my account with them over horrible payout issues I had a while back. I wouldn't recommend this rotten place to my worst enemy (if I had one).
