Three guesses in one paragraph and none of them were right because I received nada! Zip! Nothing!

Not to mention it is a welcome email so obviously I have just opened an account so why are they telling me to open an account? ...and download the software..I couldn't open an account if I had not already done so!

Is is so bad it is laughable.

How can they be so unprofessional?

Roses are red, violets are blue,
I'm schizophrenic and so am I.

But really, people, the correct psychiatric term is dissociative identity disorder.

If we're going to be pedantic about a simple thing like accuracy in welcome emails, then we should have our terms correct too. ;)

Geez. That really goes a little beyond poor copy editing, doesn't it?!

Schizophrenia (pronounced /ˌskɪtsəˈfriːniə/), from the Greek roots schizein (σχίζειν, "to split") and phrēn, phren- (φρήν, φρεν-, "mind"), is a psychiatric diagnosis that describes a mental illness characterized by impairments in the perception or expression of reality.

Dissociative Identity Disorder, as defined by the American Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), is a psychiatric diagnosis that describes a condition in which a single person displays multiple distinct identities or personalities.

Shizophrenic is more suitable in this context

Who is pedantic? :D

and yes it is very very very bad.

Rusty and James,

You two have given me the best laugh I have received from this site in a while!!! Completely hysterical thread!!!

And, to be honest, both of your definitions fit in this example. No doubt about it!! :smilewink:

This is what you do; Claim the $20, complete enough wagering for a $12 bonus, then cash-out and ask them to remove the phantom $15...

What could possibly be simpler than that...? :p
