Not to mention it is a welcome email so obviously I have just opened an account so why are they telling me to open an account? ...and download the software..I couldn't open an account if I had not already done so!


Is is so bad it is laughable.

If we're going to be pedantic about a simple thing like accuracy in welcome emails, then we should have our terms correct too.
