Scary Rich 2 - do we need it?

Rumour has it a sequel is about to be released... just in time for Halloween!

If it's anything like Scary Rich 1, I for one will NOT be playing it in a hurry.
:(
first time i had played at thisisvegas in awhile, what a sorry game scary rich has turned into, part 2, would have to be a hell of alot better imo:mad:

Yes or no reply KK? Okay...a resounding no!! I don't play at Rival anymore, so it really doesn't matter to me one way or another, lol.

Some of us might not like Scary but if you string up the 3 Draculas during free spins, the payouts are astronomical so its quite 'addicting', (Oops, poor word) and it may well have been very profitable for Rival so they are churning out the sequel. Let's see how this one comes out. At least it should be more interesting than the 2nd Progreesive. Yawn.

Hey, I've came up with a great slogan for SR2:

Scary Rich 2: "You can't take it with you, so we'll take it from you."

But seriously, how worse can it be compared to the first one?

I have to say i am a little bit excited waiting for this slot.

I know it will cost me though.

Maybe they will surprise us with it, I hope they use the same gear as the first slot.

I love scary rich, but why another one - create a new game one with better payouts than that new goblin or western one..

why are u talking about slots anyway?

Slots are for losers...Why play them ? On top of being crippled by a house edge the slot also keeps a portion of your cash...Unless you are playing in a land casino where other people that wagered before you would already have accumulated in the slot if you play online than other people don't affect the slots. Even if it did it would mean that the other 10 people playing the same slot as you might reap the big win while you are unaware and still waiting for it to pay out :( even if it did payout big the money it keeps from your wagers and the house edge will always put you behind in the end.

I recommend video poker with good paytables rather than slots any DAY! a jacks or better 9/6 paytable pays over 99% now you don't wanna know what slots pay.

The casino is obligated by law to use RNG(random number generator) for their slots and I have to say its the only thing keeping people with poor math skills spinning. However the casino can keep as much from you as they want and they can charge you any hidden commission they want legally.

The more frequently it pays the less chances a person has of winning a jackpot and casinos know this also which is why new slots have more pay lines because this increases the frequency of pay.

Just don't invest hard earned money in a slot or your blackjack winnings either.Nobody knows for certain if slots unload at specific times but everyone knows they have a high house edge and that alone is more than anough reason not to play them.

I love slots and will continue to play and maybe in some people's eyes its foolish. I have won and have won big on slots so I dont see it as wasted money. I play video poker too, but it doesnt give me the joy that playing slot does, So I have to say to each his own.:D

ahhh. land based casino slots are unaffected by previous players. to give advice on the notion that the machines are "full" is not correct. the points about video poker and blackjack are valid if you believe that online casinos and land based run their games the same way. in theory maybe but in practice i think the jury is still out. high video poker payout assumes perfect play and i think you can agree that most are nowhere near that. not all players play to make money so slots are a nice form of entertainment for many.

Well, that's similar to a Chinese slogan we have. You cant take it with you so keep your money in the bank.

HaHa.. Good One

As far as SR2.. *shiver*.. It will probably just take your money faster. Wait! Is THAT possible?! :eek2:

LOL @ the replies. Since I heard about Scary 2 this morning I can't wait for it! Scary is one hell of a game and certainly not for the weak hearted! When it rolls, it sure does pay though. Made a lot of cash from the beast in my short time playing at Rival's because of a good 'start' on Scary.

Anyone have any shots of the new one to tease me with?!?

Not all slots players are 'losers'. Nearly all of my online casino play for the last 4 years has been on slots, and I have continued to win year after year (in fact, I just had 15 profitable months in a row!). By using bonuses and a 'controlled' style of play it is possible to be a slots winner.

One could equally argue that all casino games are for losers - after all, they all have a house edge of some size - keep playing any game indefinitely & you will lose in the long run (unless you use bonuses).
It's true you can lose your money very quickly on slots, but you can win it very quickly too - and they are (generally) a lot more exciting than playing blackjack!

Each to their own!

Now when i was checking out the lucky winners section this morning, i thought for a moment that SR2 was all ready out when i see anniemac post.

see it here> https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/winner-screenshots.4193/

And its got me thinking that maybe the 3 wilds will be right to left this time, it will be sooner or later.

We also have to take in that SR2 could off been planned from when SR1 came out as they new that it could be a money maker, and was obviously planned for halloween.

So maybe with all this time that there slots team have put into this game, and all the time they haven't put into there other newer slots, SR2 may just be a huge it.

That screenshot was taken in the middle of a spin, that's why it looks so funky and only shows the skulls on the last reels. :)

Hi everyone,

Just a quick note to let you all know that Scary Rich 2 is now available at Simon Says and, I assume, all of the other Rival Casinos.

Kendra

Yep - I just played it for real money at Pantasia!

Doesn't seem toooooo bad - maybe slightly lower variance then Scary 1... ?

One thing which did P me off though - I hit 3 Wolves during free-spins & it didn't re-trigger!!!

No re-trigger, are they mad???

The graphics do look nice and polished, and I was getting excitable at the prospect of hitting 4 wilds and a decent symbol in normal play for X13 win.

But no re-trigger is not good news, although it hardly ever happened on Scary1. Can Kendra-SSC confirm this please?

One thing worth mentioning here is that all new slots/games are available simultaneously at all Rival casinos unlike MG or RTG.

Hi guys,

Yes, you are correct. There is no re-trigger of free spins on SR2 but there is on SR1. I am not sure why this is the case obviously but I can confirm that you are correct.

Kendra

Not too bad for a start. Had some odd cents at Irish Luck and played spins at 0.03. Got the feature twice and one of the free spins landed me $12.
