Same issue twice in 3 weeks with sister casinos? JPC AND Slotastic

I have been playing JPC and Slotastic for years now . 3 weeks ago I had a cashin for $800 via WU ...Very happy . Waited the regular number of days and get the info to pick up the WU . When I tried to pick up I was told the MTCN was too short at 9 numbers .IT IS lt is ALWAYS 10 numbers . Figured I messed up copying and go home to check ..nope 9 numbers . So yeah I am aggrivated . When I call for the right info I am told I have to wait another 24/48 hours different department . The next morning I finally got the right info which was different from the first info they sent me . 2 weeks ago I was lucky enough to win a Random at Slotastic !! Cashout the first $800 no problem ! Second was was approved on Friday and this morning I get my info for pick up ......first thing I check is the MTCN ...9 numbers again so cant pick it up . Live chats says ..another 24 to 48 hours to get the RIGHT info ...NOW I AM PISSED . This has never happened before in all my years on online gambling . To happen twice with sister casinos in less than 3 weeks in strange . Now I have to wait again and their chat attitude is pretty much 'tough'.which is surprising because they have always been awesome . jUST SAYIN.. Something isnt right for the same issue to arise twice in less than 3 weeks .
 
At the very LEAST there is a concerning quality control issue ..and when talking to their chat support all you are told is ..thank you for your patience . I think waiting a week for a cashin and expecting the RIGHT info the very first time IS being patient .
 
Not yet ..but I will . I am concerned . If it was a one time thing then , well people make mistakes . It happens ..but twice the same issue in such a short span ? Thanks for the reply btw.

I got a promotion in the mail with 100 % and 25$ I usually get them every month
This time the $25 didnt work ..live chat tells me my account doesnt qualify and clicks off ?but I have made at least 1 deposit this month .. Gee thanks for sending me it . Why did you bother ? What the heck is going on there ?
