?

Should your doc's be verified by all sites within a group, or one site at a time?

I have a question and have started a poll for feedback from CM members. I've noticed some disgruntled players needing to send their KYC documents to the same casino group vs. them being shared by the entire group.

My question is would you prefer your doc's being sent and verified by the entire group of casino branded sites, or do you prefer sending your doc's to every site within their group for verification?

Thanks for the votes within the poll. :)

I think there is no particular reason to re-send the documents if the casino belongs to the same group.

The only reason i can think is only if you have changed adress or something from your personal details.

    Interesting poll btw.

I like the idea too, but i would add the option "All casinos you play at" i wouldnt mind to see all casinos in a certain group can have copies of my documents, but of course only the ones i play at.
For instance 32red could have my doc's, (not that they need them)but since thats the only casino of the group i play at, why would there be copies lying around on every desk of every cashier so to speak, they could of course gladly pass them on when/if i opened a Dash account, etc.
    Good poll though P.V.

When you run off the ID/CC authorization to send to CW, they have all their casinos listed and you put your user name by each one.

I was under the impression that when you do this, then your docs are approved for each one. Or at least that's the way it works for me. Same for Sloto/Desert Nights.

Also works for BetonSoft casinos I play at.

Being in the US, that's about my limit of casinos. :D

You don't need to send in documents for every casino in CWC anymore. Just send them that you are already in other casinos. And then they will use that info.
Id did this with Club World Casinos, Buzzluck and Lucky Red. As already had account with Aladdins Gold and Highnoon.
I found it silly why they needed each time. But it worked.
So thanks to CWC for this
