Same Casino under 3 different skins?

I noticed I log into the following under the same username:

Casino33
Riverboat
Playfair

I initially thought they were three separate casinos, but noticed the progressives are at the same amounts. Interesting concept. So what's the point...just marketing? I'm thinking you'll get the same play at that time, no matter which casino you play.

That doesn't mean that they're the same casino (I'm not saying they're not, but it's possible). For instance, RTG progressives such as Jackpot Pinatas and others are the same in all RTG casinos..

Not necessarily.
The Jackpots may well be linked, but I would think the individual slots in each casino could still be set to different RPTs, especially in the light of what CasinoJack (the manager of all three) said in recent threads.

Yes, the three casinos work under the same umbrella and share the same database. Therefore if you have an account at one you can automatically use that at the others.

We have the three for marketing purposes but the customer service is the same for all three.

Please note multiple accounts are not allowed and may cause your other accounts to be banned by the system. We can make exceptions, but initial deposits bonuses are limited to one per person not one per account.

You would be incorrect in thinking that, the RTP is the same across all three.

This is a MASSIVE problem. It leads to untold confusion among players. THEY will, quite rightly, see these as three separate casinos, and have no idea they are one, but with 3 different skins.

The problem is compounded because you would lack tight control over how third parties market these separate skins. They may be presented to prospective players as separate casinos, this could be through affiliate sites, or through spam.

It is similar to a player who receives marketing for iNetBet, and then for Club World. They will see different webpages, content, promotions, etc, and assume these are two different casinos - in this case they would be correct.

The FIRST these players will know about it is when they have winnings confiscated, or accounts locked. They will then feel you have led them into a trap using deceptive tactics, and they will consider you no better than the average rogue RTG outfit.

Here is an example. The OP thought these were separate, but THEN happened to notice unnatural similarities between the three, and found that they could use the same login at all three.

The point is that this was AFTER they had been playing, whereas players need to know this BEFORE they start signing up & making deposits, otherwise they risk having their winnings confiscated.

If the OP didn't notice, then this connection is buried too deeply in the terms.

If a player creates a second account they do not risk losing their winnings. They will not be allowed a second initial deposit bonus that is all, the same goes for free chips. The system has anti fraud safeguards built in, one of which is to compare all players against all others and ban them if they are too similiar. Creating a second account will often casue this to happen. That is why we recommend using the same account at all three casinos.

The system will not allow a player to use the same e-mail twice so when signing up they will be told that e-mail already exists in the database.

We can and do make exceptions, for instance for people living in the same house who both want to have accounts. If in doubt contact customer service, they will always be happy to help you. You can of course PM me as well.

Well, this is better. It's not JUST email addresses though, some players use different email addresses for different casinos so that they can see who is selling them out to spammers. Checks on name and address as well as email address, with "contact support" if any one of these delivers a match, should protect against innocent players getting an extra bonus.

The fact that the same login is used in all three skins should be more prominent, since this is rather unusual, and is a recent development in many softwares, often leading to confusion among players.

The rogues have a history of misusing rules such as this to deliberately confuse players, so that an excuse to confiscate winnings can be created.

Crystal Palace group, for example, would quietly lock a long unused account of a player, promote other skins to them, but if they ever won would void it because they "had a locked account at a sister casino".

Sadly, players remember these things, and are suspicious of anything "unusual" in the way a new casino seems to operate, fearing a trap.

I have accounts at all 3 casinos. You cannot claim the sub at more than one casino but if you go to live chat and ask you get something similar at the next 2 casinos you join. However, I hope that the home page for these 3 sites especially the one for Playfair can be updated. Any new player who visits the sites wont be impressed as the info is woefully outdated.

Just wondering how you could have logged into all 3 casinos when you didnt register at the 2nd and 3rd casinos:confused:. They would have rejected your registration if the username were the same.

Let's say you create an account in casino33. The username and pw you used will also allow you to log into playfaircasino or riverboatcasino.

Yes, but you would actually be playing at Casino 33 though you logged into say Riverboat. The balance at Riverboat is the balance you have at casino 33 and the account history and the comps are the ones from Casino 33. That actually means you dont have a new account at Riverboat unless you register under a new username.

Yes it is the same account.

As I said if you register a new username you may well get banned automatically by the system.

As I also said we can do it under special circumstances but you will need to go through CS for them to help you.

It is not allowed simply to try and get a second initial deposit bonus or more free chips.

I registered at all 3 casinos under different usernames with no problems:confused:

However, it doesnt really make sense to ban a player if he registers under a new username at the 2nd or 3rd casino. How could he possibly have known the 3 casinos were linked. No SUB is alright, outright banning a no-no.

BTW, CS is quite helpful from my experience.

I initially registered at Casino33. I tried to register at Riverboat and was told my email was already registered or something to that effect. I figured it was a fluke, since I had not created an account at Riverboat...ever. I then registered using a different email address. When in live chat I asked if it was ok to have an account at all three casinos. I was told that I must log in under the same username at all of them. I then told the CS rep that I had registered the other email and separate username. He told me no problem, he would close that and I could just use my original name at all three. That is how I found out that I can log into all 3 with the same username. He understood that I was definitely not trying to break the rules. BUT, I am concerned that someone like myself who did not take the time to ask, could have easily gotten into trouble and it may not have come out until a cashin was in progress. Not a good trap to have out there like that.

I have checked that River Boat Casino and Casino33 are under the same casino group.

But it really make no sense to operate three skin casino under the same database.

Maybe they just want to take more exposure for their casinos.
