not sure if this is the right place to post I have been out of the loop for a long time

as you all are aware I have not been able to deposit in well over a year
so I have been playing Rushmores 10K tourney every week this week I won $40 which I turned it into $605 did a withdraw to my checking account got a reply no swift code money went back into my account called my credit union an they say they dont have a swift # so the only other option to withdraw was to my bank card since I never used it before I had to deposit $25 i played a while an ran it up to like $685 an did a withdraw

I looked on their site an cannot find anything about the tourneys that you have to have deposited before you can withdraw I really could use this money right now but I think they will find another reason not to let me have it
I did get a positive feedback when the email came back with no swift code instead of you havent deposited
does anyone know?

Thanks
PS I did notice that the $40 had no WR as was withdrawable but decided to play a bit never thinking I could build it up

They state that you have to have deposited at least once to be able to enter the tournament BUT I believe it's locked, so if you can actually enter the tournament then you should be good to go.

I've won several times in the tournament over the past couple of months, never made a withdrawal off it due to it being a lowish amount, but this week im sat in 6th, so we'll see!

Also, a word of warning, they are VERY slow at paying at the moment I believe, if you search, theres a thread about it here on Casinomeister and I don't reccomend depositing at this group.

EDIT; Here's the thread to read.

They are so roguish they dont pay at all. However, if they wish to start a new leaf they must at least start paying these smallish amounts. How is it possible to hope for any deposits from players if you dont even pay 600 bucks. No one should even attempt to deposit until they start paying out. Hope it works out for you Cindy.

Meanwhile, this may have more appropriately have been placed in the complaints section.

I have to admit that I play that tourney too, I usually don't even place or else I win $30 or something and just play it back. But then a couple months back I came in 3rd or 4th, I won either $800 or $850. To be honest I wasn't sure I'd get paid either and I was bored so I decided to use it as play money, and thought maybe I'd play awhile and then try to cash out $500 or something, but surprisingly enough I started winning a bit and ended up crossing my fingers and cashing out the weekly max of $2000. It was in pending for several days and then one morning I got up to a message from Skrill that the money was in my account.

Of course getting paid to a webwallet is a lot different and I'm not suggesting that it's safe to play or anything, but I did cash out $2k and got it within I think 3 or 4 days. Maybe it was a fluke, I don't know, I haven't been able to place in another tourney so I can't say whether it would be that hassle-free in the future or not.

IMO playing that tourney is a case of "expect the worst but hope for the best"

As I said to someone else, most of the complaints I've seen tend to be either US players, or Wire Transfer - which seems to concur with what chayton said happened.

Expecting the worst is the norm for this group though :p

It appears they have shut down... I can't log in to play the $10000 Friday tourney... Couldn't log in yesterday either

I had to check this now, and there were only 89 registered when the tournament had lasted 8h. When they first announced this tournament on weekends it was 500 registered minutes after registration opened.

I think that it's a waste of time now, how could they possibly pay winners when they can't make players play a free 10 000$ tournament?

It was over a year since I made a deposit at Rushmore, but I have played the tourney.
Last weekend I won and cashed out $500. Was paid thursday morning.
Why noone is registered yet is because they have problems getting in to the casino. It has been up and down all week.
Usually there are around 700 people playing.

Now please don't bash me because I'm playing their tourney. It was nice free money;)

its only nice when you get paid out that money , the main problem is they dont payout to players for months on end this is where the problems are you may well have gotten paid what about the people who still havnt been paid.

The fact is as it's always been, that it's more easy to get our money when we live in Europe.
Those who havn't been paid is from the US.

I hope you don't expect me to not cash out the money just because I'm from Europe?

Read on another forum Rushmore is closed. When going to the Rushmore website and the download link takes me to Cherry Casino and another try at the link was dead.

Of course you should cash out. This tourney remains the only thing that players talk about that is not detrimental to this group. They wish to use this tourney to retain their player base so I think they will try to pay tourney winnings out possibly even before paying out players who won during normal play. The hype on the $10K tourney will no doubt attract lots of attention and frankly the max they pay out is 10k so they use this as a tool for propaganda to keep their heads above water. The day they cant even pay out tourney winnings spells the beginning of the end for them and their closure becomes reality.

Dec.9th did the withdraw an this is where it stands
no cashout no reply to emails phone calls say site is having trouble when I go to login it wont even let me put my user name in there sigh

Oh no, that doesn't sound good at all :(

This is their last and only survival tool. If they cannot pay the winnings for this freeroll they could fold up within 3 months. Mark my words.
