This is just a heads up regarding a situation I have going on with Rushmore Casino. Before I began play at the casino, I did my homework and they seemed like a real legit operation. I was lucky my first time out and turned 30.00 into 500.00. I requested my withdrawal, and this is where things have stalled.
On Feb 1 I received the following email
Dear Alan,
Thank you for choosing to play at Rushmore Casino. We have received your wire withdrawal request.
Your withdrawal will be processed and sent out to you within 2-3 business days.
Yours sincerely,
William Harris
Accounts Manager
Withdrawals@rushmorecasino.com
Then this was followed up with a 2nd email on Feb 4
Dear Alan,
We would like to inform you that your wire transfer withdrawal has been approved and sent to you. Your account will be credited within 6-10 business days.
Now in 2 seperate emails from the same person there is a contradiction as to when the wire transfer would be processed, 1st email 2-3 days, 2nd email 6-10 days.
RIght now we are up to 14 business days with no end in sight for payment. According to Hollie and Terry at the Live Chat and Phone support center, I should not worry, I will get paid. But, when?
According to both representatives, emails have been sent to thier withdrawal department, but as of today I still have not heard back from them. I also have sent 2 emails to the withdrawal department without any correspondance from them.
I will update all once payment is received. But it is taking Rushmore around the same time frame to make this payout as I have had in the past with Cool Cat Casino.
Rushmore- If I misled anyone at all please post here. This is just a warning to all depositors, play where you know you will get paid without a hassle. Play where when promises are made the are kept.
