Rushmore Casino takes bets from Canadians but can't pay them!

They had requested my bank details but in the end they sent me a check, which I received two days ago.

At the time they requested the bank details, they offered a 100$ chip for my trouble. I said I would gladly take it as soon as my withdrawal was received, so I will email them right now for the chip.

It's a good thing they realize how badly they mismanaged withdrawals by Canadians, but Mike031's post indicates that they still need to improve communications.

I'd just like everyone to know that I got paid also. A few days after they promised to send the bank transfer, the money was in my bank account. Extreme sloppiness in handling payouts is certainly better than plain dishonesty, but it's still more than enough for me to not ever play there again. The incoherent and contradictory justifications for the ever-pending withdrawals spell 'bad RTG', in my opinion.

The fact that some of their players are happy with Rushmore means little to me.

JUST FOR THE RECORD......

All the jerk offs that went and immedeitaly accused me of either being an affiliate or a employee because I stood up and gave good comments on a casino that deserved them can now go...........

Months later it looks like Rushmore is listed as a accredited casino here.

Is it possible Perhaps I'm just a casino player that was giving a casino the comments they deserve.

Good job Rushmore! One of the few reputable RTG casinos

it was something in between 'you are welcome home' and ' you are welcome honey':D

All the jerk offs ....

did anyone else notice this thread started in july 2007

Yes, and it would have stayed buried if Baldy420 hadn't felt the need to add an "I told you so" update.
It is helpful in the sense that it shows up Rushmore mishandled the issue of paying some Canadians, but it seems they solved the issue in the end.
Now, it seems Danes get an error message when signing up, and this is explained by Rushmore as being because they don't think they are confident of being able to pay out to Danes. They do seem to have learned from this Canadian debacle.
If any Danes could find a way that Rushmore could try to guarantee payment to Danes, tell them, and maybe they will allow Danes to play.

Bryan is happy that they now fulfill all the criteria to become a CM Accredited casino, even though they had shortcomings when they opened.
If in doubt, just wait a few months to see if they continue to meet expectations for an accredited casino before joining.
