Slow Pay Ruby slots: will I ever get paid

I won $2500 and withdrew to neteller on the 28th March.
All my docs were verified on the 29th march and approval of my winnings came via email on the 6th april although they told me I'd recieve 2 payments of $1175 after taking out the bonus money.

It is now the 12 May and I haven't recieved a cent nor do they answer emails. I did however revieve and email on the 29th april stating I was priority and payment would be recieved very soon.

They have broken all of their own Terms and conditions and if I can ever get hold of someone on live chat I'm given a different excuse and told to be patient.

I believe 7 weeks has been more than patient. I've contacted Tawni the casino rep over 7 days ago to which she responded she'll look into it and update me, I still haven't heard a thing.

This is a terrible casino and a blatant lack of care or respect for the people who waste their money here.

Can anyone offer me any suggestions on what I can do? I will not give up on this out of pure principle.. I won following all the rules, I've done everything asked of me and my patience is non existent now.

Please help

Hi, you have a PAB in progress on this so you should not be posting here about that issue. Please see PAB FAQ, section 3.12 item 2 for details.

FYI Ruby Slots is part of the Virtual group and we have been relatively successful getting players paid. Please recall that we did have to contact you to correct PAB errors and that has obviously contributed to things having dragged on a bit. My suggestion is to be a little patient and we'll see this thing through.

There's no denying that these guys have had some serious issues since the purchase and move of their head office. That said I know that the reps are working with me to get the (many) issues that do arise resolved ASAP. I'm not excusing the problems, just saying that most of the issues reported to us are getting resolved in due course.

The current player's issue is something of an exception because first it was stalled due to PAB errors and now on hold again due to the forum posts. Waiting to hear back how they want to proceed but the point is that if you don't read the PAB FAQ and you bung up the process then you can't exactly point fingers about not getting your stuff dealt with as promptly as you'd like.

I somehow feel like I'm the one on the wrong for pushing to see my payment.

Please check your email. I have responded in detail there to explain no, deletions not required and yes, please stop posting on this subject here at Casinomeister while your PAB is in progress. All is explained in the PAB FAQ.
