Ruby Slots - Surprise payment!!!

Surprise, Surprise, Surprise, I just got a real surprise, it wasn’t an early present from Santa but it was something so remarkable that I must share it with you immediately...... I just received $200 from Ruby Slots.
Now this doesn't sound too astounding I know, but when you consider that I was contacted by the casino, after they read my post on Casinomeister "Nov 18th Ruby Slots wiped my jackpot winnings".Ouch the truth does sting a little especially when it’s in print! So much so, that it prompted the Casino to email me; offering an explanation of sorts..for their previous actions (wiping winnings) and an offer of $200 cash payable immediately to a nominated Netteller or moneybooker account.

Yeah right! thought I, almost not worth wasting my time replying. But Christmas, goodwill, faith n all that stuff urged me to reply. So earlier today I sent a very short reply with the info for depositing into my moneybooker account. Wasn't I shocked to receive notice of a deposit $200, a few hours later!

Of course this amount falls way short of the original amount that was wiped... and the explanation I received for wiping my funds (jackpot n all) was that... " I am from Australia and not eligible to play at that Casino" Well that was news to me , but fair enough, can’t argue with that one, is Black N white. What is arguable though is being expected to believe that the Casino just kept missing this vital piece of information - again and again.... (Australian) missed it in my email address when sending all those emails, missed it during my account registration- must of because it was accepted and missed it when awarding me some bonus money, turns out these were all done "in error". Such silly sods, lucky for them I helped sort this out very quickly..... All it took was a good old win, jackpot and all, for the Casino to realise this awful error had occurred.

Ah! never mind - am well and truly over it, so over it in fact, I had not attempted any further contact with the Casino, so credit where its due, it was a pleasant surprise to be contacted by "Cindy Greco" from Ruby Slots with some answers and some of my winnings.

My only question is if they asked you to tell us about it?
Of course they want to be able to say that averyone gets paid, and for now they are, but it takes a little more to restore their reputation I believe.

Agreed, once the damage is done its done. Although $200.00 doesnt amount to the winnings that was lost. I am glad though to see the casino's that do step up and say hey we screwed up and lets fix it. Same as players, this works both ways.

No, the only request i received was for "where they could deposit my funds". I should however point out that the emails i received came through "private messages casinomeister", which is a pretty good indication that this gesture was probably motivated by a desire for favourable feedback on Casinomeister, rather than a sudden need to pay out some winnings. But hey, that could just be my skeptical streak at play again. What do you think??

i played here as well made a 50dollar deposit never won anything on rtg slots never nothing over ur initial deposit,i won as little as 200,been on rtg 11 years never winning ,butt anyways,i lost the 50 went to customer support asking why dont u ever win so they gave me 100,lost that as well,this was all in nov2012 and than in january got an email saying heres a 100 lets welcome in the new year, happy2013, was the coupon with a 3000 play thru , and 200 max cashout,so i played and low in behold i hit i hit big clearing the playthru and having 1900 bankroll was nice ,untill they wiped it out as i was playing 12.50 per spin ,lukily i was paying attention they took it all away butt the 200,so i requested a 175 wd ,and they declined it because were not allowed to use 2 free chips in a row ,really come on ,u never win on rtg anyways ,i didnt ask for the free chip,why is it always excuses when we win but nothing when were depositing ,help with this bs

Sorry, but there are no help for you here. For several reasons.

This is not a casino that is recommended to play in. You should have checked them out first by searching the web.
No matter where you play you need to read and understand the rules first. Most RTG's have that same rule with not using several free chips in a row.
You will not get paid so no need to complain about it.

Please try to write in simple sentences so that others can understand what you are trying to say. Actually, I do suspect that this casino tried to use the $200 to lure the OP to post about it. For me, this casino cannot be trusted.

They didn't need to tell the OP too tell others about it, they knew the OP would... What happens when these issues occur? Naturally we all want to know the outcome and we always get told the answer. This can be seen just by looking at every other complaint thread.

The fact that the OP had to turn too Casinomeister proves that this group will not do anything unless the pressure is put on them.

That's not really true.
Most people don't come here if they have trouble getting paid by any casino in that group.
They are rogued here and no PAB can be made.
Bryan has said that if a complaint comes up they will deal with it, but not with a normal PAB.

Therefor people that have problems getting paid turns to other forums where there is a rep.
Since the group are stalling and slowpaying people, there are always complaints everywhere but they are delt with, and gets solved.
