RTG video poker experience

Have followed this forum since early this year and taken benefit from member insights. Thanks to all. Played mainly video poker at Cirrus, Sci-fi Breakaway and Inetbet. The pay tables all seem to rank from very good to positive payback. Enjoyed some Royal wins in early days at Cirrus. Sometime in February or so the casino closed for something or other and royal flushes have been non-existent ever since in all of the above. Play an average of 500 to 1000 hands daily. Is RTG honest?

i am not a expert on video poker, but i notice a change and had to change my betting pattern on rtg casinos. this year. I think homeboy that took all that money from them , made them change the software.

May be you were just lucky! Royal flushes come about on average 1 per 40,000 hands or more if you play 100% correctly! It varies from one kind of VP to another.

Was homeboy lucky or was the casino still too honest for its own good? Hurrah for homeboy. I enjoy casinos mostly for the entertainment. Casinos will win on the long term. That's acceptable. Apparently, on certain pay tables, video poker when properly played can yield positive payback. RTG Nov 03 to Feb 04 seemed true to odds. Not so ever since. I just want a fair game.

Thanks sw2003 Since feb 04 to now @ 500 hands per day (this average is on the low end-believe me) that's at least 122000 hands and no royal. Probably not perfect play but very good play at least. Fair? Law of averages? I really don't know, that's why I'm asking. Thanks

I havent had a royal at RTG since Jan 2002 and that was at a 5c machine though I did bet the maximum. Although I didnt play anything close to 500 hands per day,I think that I wouldnt have played less than 100000 hands. In recent months,even four-of-a kind seem harder to get than was usually the case.

andthen try it. The size cannot exceed 600 pixels though. You'll have to use a program like Photoshop or whatever to adjust the size.
