RTG software error

    Rtg has lost some sessions from where some money disappeared.
    Rtg has investigated but they say dont find the sessions.
    What can I do Bryan?



    Pd: I dont want to reveal the casino

    WHen you say RTG, do you mean the casino has investigated this or the casino? If you PAB, I can contact RTG and they'll look at the logs.

    I mean the casino first tried to determine what had happened.
    As they could't find the games and sessions requested to montana("RTG") and investigation.
    Montana say that can't also find the sessions but I don't know if they have done a deep investigation, indeed Montana insinuate I did fraud.

    The casino and her manager has had a good behaviour with me in this issue, but now I dont know what to do to recover the money disappeared.

    Someone has had a similar problem?
