RTG reducing their slots payouts?

I'm surprised Greg hasn't posted yet in this thread. I alerted him of it so he could spread some wisdom on the subject. He's awaiting a reply from RTG, then will hopefully fill us in on what's going on.

...Or let us know what RTG wants us to know....:p

Trezz

Last night I played a MG casino:

Spring Break: 2500 spins - no bonus round
Thunderstruck: 1740 spins - no bonus round
Ladies Night: 1530 spins - no bonus round

That's my all time no spins worst ever session at a MG casino. If I wanted I could starting thinking the switch was flicked...

Wow "Trezz", those are the worst results I've ever seen. The worst I've ever done at an MG casino, similar to the results you've posted - but probably not even THAT bad - was over at Phoenician. Nothing more than for curiosity's sake, where were you playing last night?

Sorry to dredge up this thread again, but just spent $700 in deposits at a very "reputable" RTG and got next to nothing in bonus spins on the Real Time slots. Cleo's, aztecs, fruit frenzy, diamond doz., outta this world all folded me up faster than superman on laundry day!! A certain Costa Rican bazillionaire will have a little extra change tonight courtesy of me!!! That should buy him about a half an hour with one of his supermodels! HAHA Anyone out there having any luck with the DOG or any other RTGs lately???

I was playing at a different reputable RTG a few nights ago and hit the feature on Derby Dollars about 7 or 8 times in 400 spins, at the $0.20 level. After upping the bet to $1.00 I went over 200 spins without hitting it again, and eventually busted.

But I don't think it's anything other than bad luck.

I noticed that I get more bonus rounds playing .40 but when I up to 1.00 it goes cold . Did have a 300 cashin last Sunday at Inetbet for the first time in a while .

While a casino and/or software has the right to set their payback % to whatever they want, I have the right not to play there. Someone mentioned (either in this thread or another, I can't find it now) that B&M casinos have their slot % set below what we see online. I reiterate... I may see lower % on B&M slots, but I get other things to help make up for that crappy payout -- comped rooms or suites, food, drinks, and cash back (with no 30x WR). When online casinos reduce their payouts, what perks are left to attact the average players? Nothing -- other than convenience.

I've almost stopped playing at any online casino. I haven't deposited in over a week. I was once a $100 - $200 a day depositor, with cashouts to make up for the losses. I'm not seeing that anymore. And if someone is going to say, 'play VP or BJ'... I do. 75% of my deposit goes toward VP play with the occasional BJ massacre thrown in. I've tried taking more bonuses, and I just lose them, too. My very few cashouts since March have been off SLOTS, and they were nothing to brag about, merely enough to tide me over through a couple of deposits. I'm tired. I'm taking what appears to be an extended break.

..... and I'm going to Tunica next week for a few days of 'low' slots payouts, 9/6 JoB, comped room, food, drinks and I already have coupons for over $100 in cash and slot play in my purse... :D

Here's a few of my stats to back up this thread;

First an RTG session chosen at random - happened to be June this year.

Then my most recent experience this month.
Notice I did not profit from ANY slot I played.
I had 2 decent bonus rounds - the rest were garbage.
During this session I did 288 spins @ $2ea and 105 spins @$5 - yet I only had one non-feature win over $20!

I know these are quite small samples - but they were VERY expensive to obtain...
However, I think they do show the recent dramatic change in Real Series Slots payouts...
