Seems to be up and running. I even got a code via email thanking everyone for their patience with 50 free spins .
Nope - wrong continent. (Not Europe ether).Despite operating from a London address, and through a company that also has an address in Curacao (probably where they are REALLY operating from)...
As of right now, Jason has never viewed this thread. As the title doesn't name any particular casino, he is probably totally unaware that one of his casinos is being discussed here. Please, Jason.... let me know what is going here??? I have had now 3 separate tech issues with the casino that take days to fix.
The last 3 days I have had issues with Inetbet, Clubworld group , Slotastic and a few other RTG's loading, locking up my computer which made me reboot etc etc etc...all the issues here.. Why would someone claim one casino is bad over all these accredited ones that are having the same issue??? Guys.....if you are having these issues with a casino, try another of the same type and you will most likely find the same issue with them
Once RTG takes it in their heads to do an upgrade, update or whatever to do with the casino...ALL casinos are affected....The sky is NOT falling people.....do your due diligence before creating a firestorm of panicking....and claiming a casino is BAD......
.
Maybe you should look more carefully at who you were quoting before putting MY name in your post!KasinoKing....
I was told that this was an issue with my computer only, as the support chat reps says no other complaints and that the Instant Play was working from her end. I have attached a copy of this chat for you to see for yourself.
So maybe you should do your due diligence before you point fingers.

It's also not helpful that the industry is still stuck with an unreliable technology like Flash when they should really be developing HTML 5, which is a proper standard and less likely to cause problems with players' choice of browser and system configuration.
AMEN!
When I first went back to playing RTG, the slots wouldn't load in the downloaded casino. I contacted support a number of times, and finally figured out on my own, after reinstalling flash a number of times, deleting cache, disabling all of my Firefox add-ons, etc.....that RTG's back end REQUIRES Internet Explorer. As an advanced user, I had disabled IE long before this. Everything worked fine when I finally re-enabled it.
