RTG issue, maybe others

Raging Bull Instant Play website not there

It has been almost 4-days now and when I go to Raging Bull's Instant Play website....(

) all that comes up is a black webpage.

I have contacted support numerous times about the issue and I keep getting told that it is working fine. I was told to email a screen shot of the webpage to support, and I did about 3 days ago. Tonight I was told that it was a problem only on my computer....which makes zero sense because it is a in the web page that I have been accessing and playing for months.

Since it is impossible for this problem to be linked to an individual computer, why is Raging Bull not fixing this issue ASAP.

I currently have a payout that was "processed" 5 days ago that has not hit my bank account yet, the longest it has ever taken Raging Bull, as the processed date has always matched the same date the winnings show up in my bank account.

Please, Jason.... let me know what is going here??? I have had now 3 separate tech issues with the casino that take days to fix.

Here is a image of the screenshot of the Raging Bull Instant PLay webpage.

Despite operating from a London address, and through a company that also has an address in Curacao (probably where they are REALLY operating from)...
Nope - wrong continent. (Not Europe ether).

As of right now, Jason has never viewed this thread. As the title doesn't name any particular casino, he is probably totally unaware that one of his casinos is being discussed here.
If you want him to look into something, you may need to PM him.

Chicken little and sky is falling.....

The last 3 days I have had issues with Inetbet, Clubworld group , Slotastic and a few other RTG's loading, locking up my computer which made me reboot etc etc etc...all the issues here.. Why would someone claim one casino is bad over all these accredited ones that are having the same issue??? Guys.....if you are having these issues with a casino, try another of the same type and you will most likely find the same issue with them

Once RTG takes it in their heads to do an upgrade, update or whatever to do with the casino...ALL casinos are affected....The sky is NOT falling people.....do your due diligence before creating a firestorm of panicking....and claiming a casino is BAD......

KasinoKing....

I was told that this was an issue with my computer only, as the support chat reps says no other complaints and that the Instant Play was working from her end. I have attached a copy of this chat for you to see for yourself.

So maybe you should do your due diligence before you point fingers.

It works fine on my side too. Have you tried using another browser? I know that when I have problems viewing a page (or pages,) that is the first thing I do, to make sure it's not a browser issue.....

I know they're relasing new Flash updates almost every week now, because of "vulnerabilities." This will cause flash sites/content to not load by default, which may be the case here...So try updating your flash player (

This is confusion by design though, they have structured their business to make it look like this, even if they are actually running things from elsewhere. With RTG, it's probably all in Costa Rica in the end, but legally it has to look otherwise.

As for the issue that started it, support don't help by pretending that whoever raises an issue like this is the "only player" who has experienced it. Even if it IS the player's end, I am sure it's an issue that will affect a number of players, such as all those who haven't updated their Flash, cleared their cache, etc.

It's also not helpful that the industry is still stuck with an unreliable technology like Flash when they should really be developing HTML 5, which is a proper standard and less likely to cause problems with players' choice of browser and system configuration.

AMEN!

When I first went back to playing RTG, the slots wouldn't load in the downloaded casino. I contacted support a number of times, and finally figured out on my own, after reinstalling flash a number of times, deleting cache, disabling all of my Firefox add-ons, etc.....that RTG's back end REQUIRES Internet Explorer. As an advanced user, I had disabled IE long before this. Everything worked fine when I finally re-enabled it.

Microgaming clients are the same. I think it's mainly to do with the lobby, and is also why the lobby keeps on giving these "script errors" among other problems.

I wonder what will happen with Windows 10 because I hear IE has been ditched? We should soon find out though, it's already overdue.
