RTG DELAYS

I have been getting delayed by multiple RTG sites that claim to have new regulations and will make me verify again after already being verified.
Some of them ask that you do an ID selfie. I feel like this is a stall tactic because:

1. They never ask when you deposit.
2. They never ask when your idle with them.
3. They always ask when you're waiting on a cashout. (and often they wait until the 3rd day when it usually gets approved).
4. They reject proof of address documents for all types of reasons.

Also, they will say they noticed play from out of state and use that to delay as well ( not true--used mobile play).

I have dealt with this through several emails and also multiple live chats. I usually end up getting paid (but it is very frustrating) and now I am dealing with it again with 2 sites and still waiting.
I feel like this is such poor customer service for sites that are accredited. I want to know if anyone has had similar experiences and if there is a best course of action to take when any delays occur.

All too often a common story.

I wait patiently and reply politely. Try not to ponder and see it through until the end proving your a winner.

They rely on you losing your cool and getting frustrated.

(I have not always followed this advice but i think its sound :) )

I'd rather wait on naming specific sites as I would like to give them a chance to do the right thing.

Also, I thought I might be breaking some rule if I named them without using the PAB process.

Grande Vegas..Slotocash...and Jackpot Capital..are the ones with the delays..but im sure there are more..Jackpot Capital has now paid though...
