    Hello All,


    Hope you are all winning big today? I have a questions. Does anyone know how legit the CDS= Central Dispute System is for RTG casinos. I am having a problem with a RTG casino ( Not a rogue one either) and do not yet wish to make it public, as I am giving management a chance to respond. But, I would appreciate anyone experiences with the CDS in relation to complaints on RTG casinos. Thanks for your help!!

    I don't know whether this helps, but Hastings International B.V. and CDS are related, even appearing together on the RTG website.

    For the past 2 weeks, with four chasers, we have been trying to get a response from Hastings on certain questions regarding RTG operations, but every approach has been totally ignored.

    Not a good sign....

    Hello lowrollerus2! While we waited a very long time for CDS to become operational, data re their performance is somewhat lacking. Might I suggest you consider giving our very own maxd a shot at your problem via the Pitch A Bitch (PAB) service. It is totally free for Casinomeister members and maxd is quite good at what he does:thumbsup:

    Thanks Suzecat, I am going to wait another day for a reply from the Manager. I hope he realizes his error and fixes this, as it used to be a great casino......

    Lowroller PAB was based on some false, or at least willfully ignorant, claims. As such he's been locked out for a spell in the hopes that he'll have a little more respect for my time and our process in the future.
