RTG bug?

Just continue contacting the casino operator if you really believe a bug cost you money.

All results are stored for each game before the client even knows about them, so if the client crashes or a bug clientside (such as graphics going out or buttons not responding) cannot effect game results.

Eventually someone will be able to dig into the database and see exactly what the spin results were and exactly what the payouts should have been and verify that your account was credited correctly.

None of this answers the video poker case, where after holding a pair of Deuces, the game crashed, and when it was restarted the held Deuces were gone. I get the impression the entire game vanished, as if it hadn't, there would be presented the completed hand with a pair of deuces, or at least an increase in the balance.
There is a need to recreate and log (with screenshots) some of these bugs, so that they can be demonstrated.
With the slots, it would be worth examining the rules, some of these are quite complicated, and allow for a trigger to produce nothing.
All of these bugs seem to favour the casino, how about screwing up in the player's favour once in a while:D

When it happened to me, I was only playing nickles. So I didnt even bother to enquire. They were however having some problems that day because twice when playing the randoms, it would freeze rite in the middle of the spin, not where it keeps spinning, but completly freeze, and sometimes start back up, other times disconnect. Of course on the cards my players superstition kicks in, what if that was 4 dueces so it kicked me? But probably unlikley.

Without a utility to do motion screen caps, do you think videotaping the sessions then requesting playlogs to compare anomolies would be the way to go?

I think these odd happenings occur on all RTG, btw. And I've had playcheck not match my visuals on MG as well. These programs can't be thought to be absolutely flawless.

I was playing iNetBet last month while they were having connection issues. I got booted twice during free spins but when I came back they were there waiting for me. But I was in the middle of free spins when I got disconnected - I wonder if you get disconnected or leave BEFORE you hit the "spin" button to start your free spins if you lose them then? Maybe someone with more money than me could try this!

Flawless, no; They should however perform the most important and perfunctory tasks correctly. I.e - record and display what corresponds to the RNG. That is very easy for software to get right every single time and in fact a lot weirder if it was occasionally getting it 'wrong'.

I agree. But I have had the experience on Mermaid's Millions at MG and Red Sands on RTG where the the record/action and the visual didn't match up. Have to wonder why it doesn't sometimes. I took the casino's word for it that the Playcheck was correct and the graphic wrong on MM, but didn't bother with a RTG inquiry, but maybe I should have, a .40 bet can pay back pretty well sometimes:what:

OK I played penguin power at hippo Joes on a free chip (only $100,000 WR :eek2:) and I got the penguin on same line as igloo during free spins and again it was ignored so I double checked the rules and they have to be on reels 1 and 5 only, so that has probably sorted that one out.
The bug in Golden Glove seems to be real enough though.

Wow. I had a bug today. I was playing raindance, and hit two of the triggers, and on the third reel, it freezes up. Stays stuck for about a minuit, then my bet is returned to my bank, and a completly different screen of symbols shows up.

That was freaky.

It probably doesn't matter but I'm just curious, and expiring minds want to know - which casino did that happen at?

There is clearly something up here. I have seen many posts from players about them feeling they can see the slots "resetting" when they don't want to pay out any more.
This last case is a concern, it seems the bet was determined, and then voided by the server after the fact (and two triggers), with the bet being returned. Were this simply a local display/connection problem this would NOT be the case.
I experience a similar error in MG THunderstruck where the first two reels stop and the rest just keep spinning forever, however, the server has correctly resolved the bet, and not returned it to my account - it is purely a bug in the Viper Client that MG have yet to fix (give it a year or two, and they will).
