17.02.2012 redstarpoker blocked my account from $4800. Sent me the letter on carrying out check within 48 hours.
After term of results of check to me didn't send, all my addresses were ignored.
02.05.2012 they for anything removed at me $2857. I didn't break any contract provision.
The request to understand a situation that to me returned my money.

17.04.2012 I found out that the account at me is blocked, sent the letter from security service that within 48 hours check will be carried out. I sent them a photo of the passport and the nominal bank card. Within 2 weeks, the security service ignored my letters, as however and online advisers.

"Hello!
We apologize for a delay with the answer. Our developer of a casino -
Microgaming which as carries out technical support in this
time inspects your game sessions in a casino.
Unfortunately, we can't accelerate somehow this process or somehow
to affect it.
As soon as results of check will be provided to us, we will communicate at once
with you on an e-mail.
Yours faithfully,
Security service Red Star Poker"
That is simply formal reply, terms weren't established, the reason of check isn't told, the account at me was blocked.
I wrote every day to them with a request to call me, everything was ignored.
