Just want to share a short story.
I made some deposits and fortunately managed to make a withdrawal for 400 euro. It was pending for over 24 hours and as many times before I reversed and
started tearing down the balance(to about 150 euro). I contacted CS just to tip them that non reversible withdrawals are much appreciated, if not expected in 2014. Over 24 hours pending is boarder line speculative. Not blaming the casino at all for my loss, just a friendly tip in a friendly tone
Managed to get my balance up to 400 again and asked for a withdrawal. Immediately processed!
Now thats what I call listening to customers!
