I received this promotion from Royal Vegas.

Hello

Spent alot there and finally got to the end and then some, I had played well over the end of the 20 bonus rounds. Probably got at least 10 more bonuses.
My reward points never showed up so I went to live chat and asked. They said I had to send a screenshot for proof. I said in order for me to send a screenshot I would have to deposit again, and get to the bonus screen and I wasn't going to deposit anymore for a mere $10. They said I could send a screenshot by going to view pays in the game, well I did, and they said that I did not get to the end as the last bar was not lit. I have the screenshot and the last bar was flashing but it was/is clearly lit. And if anyone has finished the 20 rounds on Thunderstruck 2, and they go look under view pays, I am positive they will see the same thing. The last bar is flashing.
So, I was going to deposit again and try to get a bonus to take a screenshot of my fully gold bonus screen but then thought.....they could say that that bonus was the one to put me at the 20th bonus round. So I can't do that. There must be someone from microgaming or somewhere who can actually go into my account to prove that I am well past the 20th bonus round. I just looked under the fortune lounge section however it seems other complaints are not being answered there either, so figured I might as well post here.
Oh, and as far as I am concerned they can now stick their measly $10, I just want to prove that I was indeed entitled to this bonus and then I can tell them to take all my accounts and shove them as they will never get another cent from me.........
Looking for ideas who to contact or what to do.........

And if anyone would like to post and verify that this is the case with the flashing bar under view pays, I would appreciate that also.......

Thanks already told them to do that, they said it does not show in my play history...........think I'll go take a gander.......and I did go there first but all I have seen are unanswered messages there.....

Just went under detailed and clearly counted 28 times I got the bonus and didn't even finish all my sessions........thanks.......now off to see what live chat says about that........

thats fools talk...yes it vcan be seen but it take4s a lot of time. You can do it for yourself allso.

You should go to game history and went through all sessions you played. You will spot transactions where you most probably hit the free spins.

Something like this:

Old Attachment (Invalid)

Now, looke at my transaction no. 263 - it looks like free spins win. To check it I clicked on "view" link just right of the number of the transaction, and voila:

Old Attachment (Invalid)

scroll down and you see if it is or now (look at fieal "outcome" - it should state: Free Spins Bonus Game Triggered)

Take a note of time when it happen and send them all times when you got it.


But firstly, I would suggest you again to contac forum representative for Fortune Lounge group here at CM forum (you have a link in my first post).

BTW, If that 20th bar flashing, try to take a screenshot while is lit. Try it few time and you'll eventually got it :D

Thanks I just took screenshots of 21 of the bonuses I had gotten........now going to send it off to them and politely tell them where they can go.....I want nothing more to do with any casino that would basically call you a liar before thoroughly checking it out first which they obviously did not do as it is clearly in my detailed history.

You have to get TWENTY triggers of the bonus round, and all you get for this is TEN BUCKS!!!, and they claim this is being "abused".

I find that far fetched in the extreme. I have played almost a THOUSAND spins of this game at various casinos, and NOT ONCE have I triggered ONE free spins round, let alone 20. It simply would not be worth it to "abuse" such a promotion for a mere $10.

In any case, HOW can you "abuse" this promotion, you HAVE to play for real, and enough to trigger 20 bonus rounds. With Playcheck, it is a matter of factual record whether 20 rounds were triggered, and this can be verified by the casino, who are VERY good at conducting bet by bet audits to spot even a SINGLE bet among THOUSANDS that violates bonus terms and conditions.

If they had no way in place of easily determining whether players had qualified, they should NEVER have used such a promotion in the first place.

I would LOVE to hear from the FL rep just how there was this "mass abuse" of this promotion, as it seems likely it was more a case of too many players falling for it, rather than true "mass abuse".

Some of their promo's are a little "fleecy" I used the free play keep your wins and got the max 200 bonus. read T/C namely (can't wager more than 30% on a single bet) fair enough so I deposited to claim. They dropped max bet on roulette to a lousy 8 bucks. WTF? no hint of that in T/C if I'd known I would not have deposited. Bonuses just do not benefit table players PERIOD! needless to say I pissed it away at an 8 dollar max bet your screwed.
