Hi all, sorry for my absence in the past couple of months. Sometimes focus shifts away from forum presense, as important as it is. In case there were any questions or issues I've always been on top of it, however there hasn't been much proactive activity from my side as of late. I'd like to update everyone a bit about what's been going on.

What's changed:
- Last summer, we launched Royal Panda's Sportsbook. Besides casino, players can now also play sports.
- We were acquired by Leo Vegas Group. All product and operations remain separate, so you still enjoy the unique Royal Panda playing experience.
- I've become CMO of Royal Panda
- We've launched several new markets: Finnish, Norwegian, India, Canada and as of today Japan!
- We've added new currencies: INR, NOK, CAD and JPY
- We've added new game providers: Big Time, Blueprint, Pragmatic Play and Lightning box are being added currently.

What hasn't changed:
- High level of service
- Great promotions
- Awesome customer support
- I'm always at your disposal :)

Yes indeed! We've changed procedures that allow for much faster withdrawal times as well :). Glat to see you've noticed.
 
Well deserved indeed! Melvin I do want to mention something though. I have not been playing here because your Christmas calendar excluded us Canadians. All the free spins were on games I could not play. I tried to ask chat about this and they basically said too bad. I thought a substitute game could have been offered. Anyway, that is my 2 cents worth but I still think you are a great guy Melvin and one of the best! And, yes, I know if I had come to you, you would have offered some type of bonus but I didn't think I should have to. Perhaps in the future, chat could offer substitute games? With all the changes made I definitely want to play her again.
 
I think I stopped playing here because you guys didnt offer reload bonuses ever and possibly wager was too high...cant quite recall. But I see you say what hasnt changed which is great promotions...if that means deposit bonuses then that is not a good thing. I have had 1 reload offer in 12 months. Not good!

Also, lack of providers was huge. Now that you have added more, Im sure I will frequent the casino more often.

Hopefully Canadians can play btg here because for some off reason leovegas wont allow us but every other casino on earth does.

On the Canadian promotions, you are definitely right. At the moment we don't have any providers integrated for Canada that we can actually do free spins promotions with. Both NetEnt and NYX have free spins in their integration, but unfortunately these aren't allowed in Canada. This is something that's next on the agenda, but initially we wanted to get your deposit/withdrawal methods to work and offer CAD as well. There are still some promotions that are relevant, most of all the Friday 50% up $150 Bamboo Bonus!

Hopefully more good news soon :).

We offer a weekly 50% up to $150 reload bonus on Fridays, this one has 35x WR on the bonus amount.

Unfortunately our BTG comes through the platform provided by NYX, and they do not accept Canadians. For this reason we can't offer those games to Canada either. We are working on other new providers for Canadians though, as we've recently started to focus more and more on improving our Canadian product.

Nice to see that you are improving your site and working on better products for Canadians, think this is the first I hear of a casino saying that want to improve in the Canadian market. I haven't made a deposit on your site as yet but I do see you accept Instadebit and that's a plus for me, however not able to play BTG games is a deal breaker for me I only plat at Videoslots because of the number of slots available for us to play and able to play BTG games there will keep me there. I hope working on new providers for Canadians happens sooner than later really looking forward to you adding these games and any other improvements you do for us Canadians.

Hi Melvin, congrats on your new role!

I'm not sure about the faster withdrawal times as my last 2 took 24 hours, but were processed immediately when I contacted CS. They were both for largish amounts though :thumbsup:

I still rate Royal Panda as one of the best, although the spins can be a bit laggy sometimes.
I Love the Bamboo Bonus and look forward to taking these every Friday!
