Royal panda slow withdrawals

I don’t think I have ever got a quick withdrawal from these guys, 22 hours and it’s still pending even though review says 4 or 5 hours.

The last 2 withdrawals I have had to go to live chat to ask them to put it through, asked them twice today only to be met with the usual scripted response, the review needs updating badly

Well that is certainly strange seeming it is owned by Leovegas.

I never had issues with Leovegas with withdraws. When I do a withdraw at leovegas I just goto live chat after requesting it. And ask them to flush my withdraw. Every single time they take about 5 mins and then say back the withdraw is now approved and it is then done. So it basically on average takes around 5-10 mins after opening live chat.

I thought Royal Panda would be the same, but obviously they are not

Hi Mimi, I can confirm that our average withdrawal time is a lot faster than that but unfortunately we are currently dealing with some backlog due to an unexpected and unfortunate combination of holiday and sick leave within the team that processes withdrawals. We are already asking people to work overtime and come in additional days of the week to cover, but I can only apologize and say that we are doing our best to process all withdrawals as quickly as possible.

Playing there for almost three years (not much because of very bad luck), today I made first very small withdrawal of 230 euro only to find out that I am still not verified lol. Playing for years on leovegas too and offcourse verified. Why do they need separate verification if they have the same database? I do like their bonus structure. If you win with you real balance you are free to cash out, didn't bother playing further after a deposit of 100 euro with bamboo bonus. 230 euro real balance and a cashout, only because I was never able to cash out in their casino before lol. Yeah that's right, take that RoyalPanda! I won

Also the fake reviews on Trustpilot that speak of a few hours ...!?

Payouts are always drawn out. Despite "years of" monthly payments,
