Royal panda bonus

So today the wife made her first deposit into royal panda £25 with a 100% bonus wagering 35 times on bonus, looked good so she went for it. She managed around £67 wagering before hitting bonus balance and continued for hours, after 4 hours playing she told me her wagering had been stuck at 6% for hours and asked what to do. I told her ask live chat. They told her that only real money counts towards wagering and not bonus balance. She wasn't happy.

It's always been that way, only real money counts towards wagering, she should have read the T's & C's first tut.

How does that even work? Like you literally can't hit the requirement unless you deposit more?

Yup that’s the way RP use there wagering it’s weird and different to other casinos.

Always read T&C’s to understand it more always baffled me if I ever took a bonus.

i personally think it gets worse the higher the deposit amount made to claim it is. but then i suppose you'd adapt with bet size/affordability etc depending on your boss level.
it's also ceartinly not the most attractive if the player can't afford to deposit much more to clear potential wagering after hitting good while using bonus funds.
I'm ceartinly not its biggest fan, but i l do low roll and play doa and similar HV games a lot, and so don't mind it for low deposits.

but there are some plus points, kinda...

Wagering starts immediately, and continues as long as cash balance isn't lost.

A fairly competitive 35x wr, which is obviously lowered by X amount from any wagering done before the cash balance (might) hit 0 , where a lucky hit while using bonus funds might(!) not require much more cash deposit funds to clear it.

Can't remember exactly, but the time frame to complete wagering before the bonus funds expire is (much?) longer than most casinos. the player can try to increase the bonus funds or leave them for a week or 3, and if considering a cash deposit or two somewhere during that time - then that place would be a good option .

Very very few games are disallowed from play.

If one does go on a decent run with the cash balance and completes the WR during that run with cash funds, they get to withdraw the bonus funds as well. instead of forfitting the untouched bonus funds - like what would have to happen on a casino where wagering doesn't count with cash balance and the player wanted to WD after a decent session played out without ever having dipped into the bonus funds.

Yeah, if you have a smallish bonus and say, as i've done, hit a 4 reel wild desire when playing the bonus cash you know you're looking at a 600 quid plus withdrawal with possibly only a few deposits. Depends if you can get those bonus funds up enough to ensure you have risk free deposits to play (and that you've the cash to deposit)

Don't think it can be compared to the VS/Admiral deposit offers at all - for me they're pointless as they're essentially cashback.

I feel like RP kick themselves with this bonus system. I do not play there because of it and I am sure alot of other dont whereas I do not see people specifically playing there because of it.

Midaur are another that handle their bonuses this way. Seems like a great idea when they offer 2/3/400% plus a zillion spins. There's not many casinos I've come across whose bonuses arnt either massively stacked in their favour or restrictive in terms of payout. Catching newbies out seems to be a massive revenue stream for some. Checking out the approved casinos at places like Casinomeister has served me well now but who reads instructions before playing a game!?

Personally I think this bonus system is the exact opposite of responsible gaming. You are forced to deposit more and more to unlock your bonus funds if you are unlucky. I guess a lot of people deposit way more than they planned to unlock their bonus money.

Midair’s is far worse than pandas though as they cap their bonus winnings at 150 or 300 quid.

Couldn't the same be said for most bonuses, or even the winnings from a few free spins?
Except you wouldn't need to deposit to clear the wagering?

Remember the 100 dollars that Videoslots gave me on my Birthday? I was so happy because I thought great, after all the thousands I had deposited in the last year. Well low and behold, if that 100 dollars didnt end up not being a nightmare. Not only did I not meet wagering requirements, it also took what cash I had in my account! I would rather a 40x's wagering and my real money not touched instead of that BS! Can you imagine how much money a casino makes when they do this. It should be banned.

Yes you should! I didn't even get past 35% wagering. First time I have taken a bonus from them except on sign up, and that was long time ago to forget. Any other time it has been free spins. Again, those type of bonuses should be banned. I have never come across this greasy Imo, way of doing things.
