Thats a bit harsh,

RoyalPanda is a good site and infact the bonus can work out in players favour, You can keep on playing and the wager does not increase if you win, Lets say you have 100 in bonus with 200 left to wager, Yes REAL cash only counts but if you win 10k than the wager is still 200,

Its not to every bodys taste I agree, But Fraud ? Far from it

Nope!When you deposit a more like 500€ you had a BIG wager and you must deposit a lot

Example

Deposit 500€ and had a Bonus from 500€

You must wager 17.500€ in REAL Cash but when you lost your REAL Money first you dont have any Chance to wager the Bonus.
But you can deposit lot of Thousands to release them...

And yes that is Fraud
That what the Casino do is a Sticky Bonus

Yes they had them in the T&Cs BUT witch Casino has this Bonusrules?
No one other Casino has this(i play 20 years)and NEVER seen this before

That what Royal make is the last Way when the Casino has no Money to pay the User
And you remember the first Time with Royalpanda?They DONT have this Rules.

I hope this Casino is blacklisted in the next Time

I can understand where you coming from, But if you have 500 to wager with only 25 in account than just play the money and hope to get a nice win, If you win 20k than just deposit a bit untill you make the wager,

Its one of them bonus you have to work out is it worth making deposit, Thats why you play with bonus and hope for a nice win,

Now if you have no money to put in than yes its horrible, They have always had this rule, I felt the same when I first realised how the bonus worked, The terms are very clear

I have changed my stance pretty much completely regarding royalpanda. Initially i thought the bonus is really bad, but in reality its not that bad. I mean you can withdraw your winnings right away if you have not touched the bonus funds. Also if you touch the bonus funds, you just have to hit a big enough win with them, to make it worth depositing money and trying to meet the wagering requirements.

Royal Panda is a stand up casino and Melvin is one of the best reps out there. Being able to cashout before dipping into bonus funds is a huge plus for me. I just wish they would have Canadian currency available so that it would be more affordable to play.

First of all I can see that your withdrawal was already processed. Money should be in your account already. Let me just answer some of your statements one by one.

The fact that we verify your credentials within 24 hours also depends on getting all the correct and requested documents. Your documents were indeed checked well within the 24 hours and were not sufficient so the withdrawal was initially rejected. And even though this was the case, it's still within the 24 hours now and the withdrawal is processed.

Not quite true. Emails are usually answered within 12 hours, however sometimes it can take a bit longer. Between 09:00 and 00:30 CEST we do offer live chat as well as telephone conversations as well. Not sure what you mean with you don't see any money, but I suppose that's sorted now that your withdrawal was processed.

About standard texts. If you would just have a polite and clear conversation instead of hundreds of lines in capslock, I think our support would be very grateful and much more able to help you as well. Please understand that our support are normal human beings, and all they want to do is help you with your problem.

Paranoia is strong within this one
Personally i would ask if you could do my team a favour and play elsewhere if i ran that casino, having less patience than the rep here is displaying. If you have ever worked in a CS role you would know that despite not knowing the customer personally it can still have an effect on one's personal well-being knowing that when they go back to work the following morning it probably all starts again. Somewhat unnecessary sir.
