Slow Pay Roy Richie delaying withdrawals

Since December 1 I am waiting for several withdrawals on Roy Richie Casino. All of them are "pending". I e-mailed them around 50 times since (you may understand I'm frustrated). Most times they won't answer. But when they do, it's always the same story "we have no updates regarding your withdrawals". It's been 19 days of waiting now.

I'm from Sweden and as you may know, there is a new Swedish license coming up January 1.
As the new Swedish license starts to work January 1, I believe Roy Richie is trying to trick me of my money by delaying the withdrawals to that date. As I deposited a lot of money, and have a lot of money (for me) in pending withdrawals, I'm getting really worried. I've created a PAB but Roy Richie has not answered to that one either.

Is there anyone who got advice how I should handle this?

If you have an active PAB, just wait until Maxd contacts you.

Sorry, should have stated that Maxd gave me permission to start a thread, as this is an urgent case.

[max says: yes, I can confirm this. We're on a short clock and the casino isn't responding so the OP and I agreed that we'd make this exception regarding posts on an active PAB.]

I saw they have an MGA license. Have you tried with them too? Do they have Swedish live support?
Even if Sweden are licensed from next year, nothing prevents the casinos from paying you anyway after that date even if they don't have license here.

I did made a withdraw few months back from them. but it toked the usual 2-3 days as my account was not verified .
but I've never deposited there and never will . ever.
the CS was disgusting- the worst I ever had. - the games did not load, many of them , I've keep getting booted every 5 min from the casino and they couldnt figure out even after few days the problem to fix it ( try wagering 3k with that ) , they gave 50 spins in Finn after I told them to close my account after my withdraw and won 30€ out of it but since my balance was 1€ I could not wager that. the CS said I should have had 30€ in my account or something so I can wager ?! ?! and other issues but didn't bother again with the CS to tell them to close my account but now I will as I've remembered
top 3 on the worst casino experience I've ever had at Roy Richie

Contacted MGA but heard they usually take 3 months to reply, or just let it slip away... Anyone had a case like this with MGA, and know if it works?
I guess they will make things even harder next year though.

Something is not right here. They list a lot of Netent games which are not available anymore, some for more than a year: Suptopia, Muse, Evolution, Frankenstein, Disco Spins Touch, Dragon Island, Alien Robots etc.

Can't be bothered to research them properly though, got no time at the moment :D

It's not possible to open those games in demo so I can't check either. It's odd though that if they get them from Netent that these games are on the site at all.

Those games were stopped by Netent some time ago, and they possibly have not removed the thumbnails from the games list

I know that Netent has stopped them as I got the titles from Netent's End of Life list. Usually, Netent is pulling the API's and the thumbs on the sites should not show, hence, anyone still having the games listed is either too lazy to update his/her site or is using fake games.

Usually, I do a proper check on the things but don't have the time right now to waste on yet another clipjoint, who has tons of complaints for slow-pay.

my friend didnt get 1200€ out of them because they didnt reply to mails anymore from december on and also partly the support-at-royrichie.com mail wasnt even available and mails kept coming back. royrichie.com is down for a while and as homerbert stated they dont have license anymore.

they seem to have tried to open new website whatsoever *snip* Roy Richie – Live Betting, Sports, Casino, Live Casino but seems like it failed/fails and all is going down. also my friend submitted complaint with mga but as stated by other poster this takes 3-4 months and is likely to lead to nothing.
askgamblers has several unresolved complaints where royrichie owes them 4 and 5digits. poor players.

Edit - Killed the links MartinS

Check out Homerbert's MGA report link above. Is there any chance the MGA has an effective player funds protection?

Hey mate!

Even on the link it says what to do if you have funds owned.

AFAIK and from what I understand - yes, all player funds should be refunded and it is up to MGA, coz it is their job to keep players balances away from operator (well, not away technically, but they should do monthly audit that operator have enough money to pay all player balances and any stage of operations).

Have a nice Sunday big guy :)
