Well if you did know something you would know that dead people don't have active bank accounts and that Neteller knows if the name matches the SSN.

My experience with Roxy

It's possible that there have been a lot of fraud problems with Neteller users recently, which has changed the Neteller cashout rules, and that all web wallets aren't treated the same when it comes to security. I had my first cashout at Roxy Palace about 2 months ago after making deposits with a debit card. I requested the cashout via Payspark and it arrived in a couple days (without my having to do anything further.. no request for proof of ID, copies of my debit card, signature, etc.). I've also had the same experience with three other micro casinos this past month (one casino had a 24 hour pending and it showed up 24 hours after that).
