I had the pop up for new terms when I logged in, but it gave no indication of what had changed, and despite trying to find what had changed by scrolling down, I gave up and just clicked "accept" beacuse as far as I could see nothing of substance had changed, so I assumed this was yet another of those minor tweaks that don't really affect the substance of the terms, such as a rewording of the privacy policy, rather than an actual change.
It would help to summarise which sections actually have changed so that the player can make sure they have found them and taken note.
I also note that despite complying with the new UKGC rule that prevents cash from being tied down, we also have these lists of restricted and excluded games, some of which make absolutely no sense whatsoever, such as megaspin double magic vs normal double magic - same slot, same TRTP, no difference in terms of any advantage the player might have by selecting a specific game. No different either from using tabbed gaming to open double magic and 5 clones to ger the same effect as a 6 up megaspin double magic.
I thought the drive behind the changes was to get rid of unneccessary complications like this, and I wonder if the UKGC will revisit this at some time because it has not fully achieved the effect of having simple and concise terms for players when playing out their bonus hoping to win back the cash balance they just lost.
