That's kind of like saying if you find a formula to turn lead into gold, how many pounds can you convert a week before the government catches on and kidnaps you.

Hahaha. Please please don't think you're getting one up on a casino by playing roulette. Every single time the wheel spins they are earning money. There is no 'stable system'

hello i dont think at roulette there is much system for maths but at land based you can beat them by momentum and stuff its really very hard few people can do at world but on online you can play french roulette and you get your money half on 0 come for even bets also you can use 1-12 12-24 or 12-24 24-36 bet like that instead off putting 100$ each on 1-12 12-24 you can bet 150$ on 1-18 and 50$ between 19-24 and when 0 come you can get 75$ back if you play normal you get nothing back

The only way to beat a roulette wheel with momentum is by tackling the croupier as a distraction while your buddy grabs an armload of chips and runs for the door.

Should work in theory, I haven't tested it personally though.

a few months ago there was an article in "the times" about group of students who win fortune on french roulette. they used some kind of laser scanner to measure velocity of ball... they could predict sector where the ball stops

I remember reading that article, it was very cool I was impressed by them. Not that I'm generally endeared to people cheating casinos, but it was just so clever and hi tech - especially since it turns out to not even be illegal. Dug up an article on it if anyone wants to read:

As to systems, there is clearly and definitely no way whatsoever of beating a roulette wheel. I heard someone refer to playing roulette 'badly' the other day, when its a basic law of probability that everyone plays roulette exactly the same. You can change the variance with systems, exchange regular small losses for occasional huge ones, but that's it. But, if a distant relative is in town for one night and wants to spend a couple of hours at a casino, and will never play again, a system is prob not a horrible idea and kinda fun. If you're using a system to play regularly, you're throwing money away just the same as if you were betting any random outcome on the wheel.

And I dunno what the dice thing is about, you thinking of craps?

Yes I know I was talking about the wrong game. I was playing craps at that moment and forgot he or she was talking about roulette. I would delete it but cant, but atleast I gave a excellent tactic to one of there games.
