Several months ago we received a PAB regarding £2000 in unpaid withdrawals: the player's requests for payment had been stalled for months while the casino claimed "processor problems".

The player submitted a PAB, it was forwarded to the casino and we received an automated confirmation. Nothing happened. Later we tried again and received nothing. And again, this time our emails were bounced back as "spam" by the RooBet mail servers.

Warning: RooBet is either monumentaly unlucky -- processor problems, mail problems, etc -- or they just don't care and are happy to ignore player complaints. Player's are advised to avoid this casino until such time as they shake off the bad luck butt plug and see their way clear to dealing with player issues in a timely manner.
