Romecasino ignoring my emails

Hi ive registered in rome casino in 2010 ive spent some money there. About a month ago ive received email that i have remaining money in my account which the manager gave me to play with(free coins). Ive played 3750$ to wager, and they told me that i can withdrawal max 150$, but i have to deposit 25$. Ive agreed with that, but when i click on the cashier it says "You cant deposit at this time". In the help chat they told me send email to [email protected] and ask them. No answer still. I continued to ask in the help chat why i have no answer and they told me to send them another email with scan copy of my ID and credit card and i will have answer up to 48hrs. Its been a week already since ive sent the documents and no asnwer. Everytime when i ask in the help in the lobby whats going on they tell me "I will send email to the manager".

So if anyone knows what to do in this case, i will really appriciate.

You are getting scammed.

You were lured back with this free chip, but not expected to win. They have screwed up by not letting you throw $25 after the $150 cashout. Since you are an existing customer, there is no need at all for you to make a verification deposit, so they must have another motive for the request.

If their service is this bad when you are trying to GIVE them money, just imagine how bad it could be when trying to get out the $150 + your deposit. It's possible that they will drop another bonus in for your $25 deposit and add a shocking WR, which will turn a $150 win into a $25 loss.

Just leave the $150 there, don't play it off in frustration (it's what they want you to do). It can sit there for as long as it takes, and you should start pestering them to just send it anyway as it has been impossible for you to deposit the $25, and "impossible" for CS and management to find a solution in over a week. Tell them that if they can't sort this out, your current plans to return as a depositing player will be cancelled;)

In the rogue pit there is no information about rome casino. Anyway i have my rights to have that money because i won it honestly. So if they don't withrawal my money what i can do in that case. They've accepted the risk that i could win with that free chips. I think they closed my cashier last time when i played because ive played some money but ive lost it and i didnt provide them my documents, because i didnt need to withrawal or continue playing there. But now if they really give me that money i will think about deposit some money again there.

Sure sounds like a way to throw good money at dead money, I would be very cautious with this, read the T&C's very closely to see if there are any holes in their response but don't deposit any more money I would suggest.

Everything is fine i read there T&C and its like they've said, that i can withdrawal max 150$ if they are won from free chips. If i won more then 150$ the rest of the money will be avoid. Skip that money, leave Rome casino alone and never go back.
Do a google search typing 'Rome Casino, rogue'.
You will get so much bad information about them that it will take you days to read. You know, even if they decided to pay you it will take months to get it, or years. Use your time searching for good casinos instead.

If you didn't knew anything about Ro(gue)m Casino when you joined and took their offer then okey we all do mistakes but now you do know and you still want to proceed. Either you are very greedy or deluded.
