I just got the e-mail below - guess I must still be on their mailing list even though I don't promote them.
All I can say is

Dear Affiliates

We regret to announce that Rome Partners and Topaze Affiliation have been shut down by the direction of Top Game, they have blocked all access. We no longer have any way of verifying the statistics and accounts, nor any of the account information of your affiliate accounts. This newsletter is sent with a delay because we were trying to find a solution.

Our brands have been stolen and cloned and today all Top Game casinos redirect nowhere.

The reason why we aren’t able to use TopGame anymore is because they have locked us out of the system turned their processing on instead of ours and asked for a sum of $2.85million for a claim they say we owe them. We tried to negotiate with TopGame about this matter and asked them to give us proof of the claim and let us defend ourselves, unfortunately they had no intention of letting us defend their claim and continued the process of taking over our casinos

In order for you not to be panelized we are redirecting your players to Rival brands, so you are able to save the players that open an account on our Rival brands. If you have an account on affcoins.com, please contact your affiliate manager to inform him of your username.

If you do not have an account, it's time to create one ( it would be ideal to keep the same username that you have on one of the older platforms , Romepartners or Topaze Affiliation ) .

We invite you to delete all TopGame links and redirect your traffic to other parties. Concerning the payment of affiliate commissions of November , we will pay affiliates who had reached the sum of $500. Our affiliate manager has made an array of commissions on December 1st, so we are able to identify the members who were to receive commissions.

Today, we focus on our Rival casinos of the affcoins.com affiliation platform. We would like to take up a challenge after this story that dirtied the image of online gaming . We will do everything so that our affiliates are happy with the results and that they will perceive an even greater commissions than in the past .

Yours sincerely
Romepartners / Topaza affiliation Team
I always thought there was something "a bit dodgy" about AffCoins - I know why now!
But I was most shocked because I always thought that Rome and Top Game were one and the same.

That is a big problem, people don't realize that it's Winward/Rich Casino who is Top Game. Rome chose a path Top Game did not like, remember Mayflower casino when affactive chose the wrong path... Top Game and their favourite brand Winward are not nice to partners. :D

Check for this on websites to know if it's affiliated with affcoins, rome partners or topaza:

I have been told that they negotiated a deal with Affcoins to direct traffic there but that they are not owned by Rome. Maybe Bryan can shed some light on this.

Almost two years to the month of this meltdown:
https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/all-topgames-casinos-are-down-ddos-attacks.47338/

Turns out that top Gaming and Rome were clearly related back then since the Rome casino rep was using the same computer as the Top gaming rep. Very odd indeed.

so this "new management" like they say in the e-mail that i received from rome it can be like another trick to put people thinking that they have changed?

That is something else. It's funny how these people always have someone attacking them or stealing from them.

I just wandered over to the Rome casino website, which is still up, and clicked on the download button....nothing. So that part is true at least.

Redbush has shed some light on this at AGD:

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Romepartners website is down and if I remember correct, they still used the one Top Game provided when they launched with their new software in 2008. That's why it's down, Top Game "owned" the site.

I have received spam, with my username from closed accounts, from Rome/Diceland casinos since the day after this crash. Of course this is from the database Top Game now have in their hands. Remember that it was closed accounts, since several years back and I have received NO emails from Rome/Diceland during these years, it started after this new crash.

Since two months back, I have received equal spam, with my username on it, from casinos in the Winward group. Same there, closed accounts.

Put one and one together, Winward Group now have the database from Romepartners.
