Rome Casino's aff program, Rome Partners has an issue with the date that affiliates are paid, that I would like a Rome Rep to clear up for me.

Why is it that on this page,
xxhttp://romepartners.com/affiliate/information.do?redirectPage=payment
you promise payment on the 15th of the month.
"Commission fees shall be due on the fifteenth day of each month for the previous Gregorian month."

However in your Affiliate Terms and Conditions it states that Affiliates will be paid on the 20th?

So which is it? The 15th or the 20th?

I can't believe this but I went back to look at the Rome pdf T&C and find it has been changed to reflect that payments go out on the 15th...

I guess putting your T&C's in pdf format has it advantages. Like affs having a hard time tracking changes.

If that is the case and now you pay on the 15th... why were affiliates not informed you changed your T&C's?

And why was I told (on the 14th) I would not be paid until the 20th and that Rome has always paid on the 20th???(I have a copy of the email)

This looks to me like some ploy to avoid paying... So what is it... I missed your payment dead line on the 15th and now I have to wait till next month to get paid???

You should have posted this in the webmasters section, not the general online casinos section.
I looked for an appropriate category in the webmaster section but couldn't find one. If one of the mods wants to move the thread, it's cool with me.

I often see contradictions like this, and also big differences in promised payment dates and actual ones... :(
Well I only see it once. If I do see this kind of behavior from someone I am doing business with I consider them to be Deadbeats (Rogue) and I won't do business with them anymore and I will advise others the same.

My experience with getting paid with rome was a nightmare. It took almost two months to get my money from the time I made my first withdrawal, between my funds getting "lost" through a wire transfer, to being told it would be couriered by cheque- that never came- and then finally getting it sent through an ewallet, only to have to wait 2 weeks (for it to clear in transfer) after that to even be able to access the actual funds in my bank account.

Let's just say I heard every possible excuse through it all.

Apparently- "they" say things are better and they've changed totally... hmmm i wonder?
