Rome Casino...Better Be Careful If U Play There

.

may be create a rule like this on rome site

"withdrawals can take 5* business days to aprove"**
and then put
* "if not fails"
** "if it fails we give to the player a excuse for the delay"

yes because you say 5 business days, then a problem occurs, allways occuring problems when cashing out at rome, all the weeks........ and all the weeks "sorry for the delay"..........

then you say you understand what we are saying but, if occurs some kind of problem OK, now a problem where the withdrawal is processed not in 5 business days but 18 ? dont you think 13 business days is too much time to solve a "problem" ?
the delays and problems can be, but 2 days to solve them its fair, not 13 days.

please give another excuse or be honnest one time for all

Hi Helwhipped,

I'm very sorry, please send me PMs and not visitor messages, I tend to miss those from time to time. If you send me a PM it sends me an email.

You can also email me at noah@romepartners.com - I promise I will not take long to answer!

Kind Regards,

Noah

[... Noah has confirmed that the jackpot version of the game Dougie's Delights (with a $192,000 jackpot) was removed from the software. It was also about this time that another player noticed wild symbols completely missing off the reels of Dougie's Delights and Fandango (I believe). It took Topgame until June 16th to finally admit to "technical issues" with these games, and to yank them.

They were adamant that they had contacted ALL players who had played these games during that time and that they were all compensated. In effect, these people had played a game that it was near impossible to win on. Did you play either of these games Lucy...and if so, were you contacted and compensated for your play?

I don't know what they did to the games, but it seems pretty clear that they fiddled with them somehow, thus causing symbols to go completely missing. And the removal of the jackpot game almost a month prior to them even admitting any issues at all, is extremely worrisome. Especially given the fact that the game and the jackpot are still missing.

Toyota recently recalled 2.3 million cars, Google had a serious bugs, and not once with theirs new modules, and what ? It's very important how the company goes out of this problem. No mistakes only one who does nothing!

If RomeCasino had the courage to recognize the problem, apologize and compensate the players their mistake (which most of the players simply did not notice) - it says only that Rome is the serious brand!

A polite reminder of how quick an e-wallet withdrawal can be (but we are talking of a UK brand here the Rolls Royce`s of trouble free withdrawals)......

Old Attachment (Invalid)

Under 5 minutes, which is hardly nothing more nor less, than the time it takes them to receive your deposits, why should there be huge differences in these two aspects?.

No documents, no stalling, etc, etc, you will find exactly the same protocols and timings at both Ladbroke`s and Virgin ;).

The sweetest part of that £70 withdrawal was - it was from a £5 no deposit bonus (MYSTERY) lol.

I`ve had more withdrawals than I care to mention from all three casino`s ^ I mentioned and not once have I had the slightest problem, I believe the longest time stamp from them to me was just over 6 hours!!!!!.

P.S.

I forgot to mention, if you have an extended Neteller account then it`s been proven to within a gnat`s whisker, that you are whom you say you are, curtsey of fail safe techniques via - postal, banking, debit/credit card tests, involving them sending a letter to your address with a code (to be returned to them) and depositing small but significant amounts of money into your bank account (which you reply to as of how much it was) and you depositing a small amount using a card, I also have an upgraded Moneybooker`s account (which is even more stringent), for the love of God why is more proof needed when you deposit using either of these two e-wallets???, and how the hell does sending in photo id (that can be bought for next to nothing on the internet) prove anything at all?????.

And the most annoying aspect is WTH are these documents in 99.9999999% of cases not asked for on the initial deposit, and the most bizarre aspect of all this.. whom in their right mind would use fake id via a stolen card and then reload it for them via withdrawals lmao?.

And yes I am aware of such scams as chip dumping, but, at the very least this aspect should only cover games involving other players...surely?.

Rant over;).

Socrates43, I don't get the point of your post? If you are giving Rome a pat on the back, then why dredge up a partial old issue that is dead and gone?

Can't tell if you are making a negative post for Rome or a positive one?

The past issues, were Top Game issues that affected all Top Game casinos. Noah was brought in after the fact and did his best to answer questions that Top Game was responsible for answering.

But water under the bridge.

As for Rome, I have always liked playing there and will continue to play there periodically when I need my Fandango fix.
My only issue, is the payout process is slow, but I as a US player, have yet to find a casino that pays out faster than a week.

If anyone says 3Dice does, sorry but my computer hates their software and so I can't play there.

Marvin, I'm sorry for my offtopic post
I just explain my point of view of Bug's and mistakes, that sometimes happens to 31st August 2009 post by Pinababy69 on this list, and didn't checked before that it was not on last page was posted about one year ago :).

Regarding to main subject of this discussion- I'm total agree with you, that 5 days for withdrawal approval it's tooooooooooooo much! But finaly they pay. It's more better, then sometimes happens, when Casino just freezes player account without any reason.

I understand what you are saying. It was a long debate trying to get to the bottom of the problems with the missing symbols and missing jackpots.

While we are not all totally satisfied with some of the reasons given, my feelings are, it's done and over with. The fact to that if you want to play for the progressives you have to be wagering $45 to $65 a spin, this is ridiculous and Top Game won't change this rule.

But you can still have some pretty decent wins on their games for those of us that aren't high rollers.

I will and had always continued to play Top Game, Rome and Thebes in particular, because I do enjoy some of the slots and the fact that they are a small casino platform. I find it harder with the larger ones trying to find a paying game, but with Top Games fewer choices, I have faired much better. Not everytime I play, but more often than if I played RTG, MG or whichever.

Also with Rome having Noah on board, is a major plus, he will do all he can to help players, if problems arise.
