Hey everyone,
I'd like to say, that Rome does not exclude payment from anyone. I am aware that some players have experienced delays in payment, and we are always on the 'hunt' for new and improved processors (despite the pressure from the US government making it a bit of a Sisyphean task).
Our presence on this and other forums is not to 'quiet' those who have problems, but to provide more channels of communication with our players and to ensure that if someone has a serious delay they can contact me in addition to the regular departments, who handle many cases and so may be slower than I am.
We are here, we do care if you have delays, and you can ALWAYS write to me at
noah@romepartners.com or send me a PM.
Kind Regards,
Noah
Why was there an abrupt halt to your activity on 20th September 2010, before which you were actively engaged in the forum, and in particular the Rome casino threads.
Between 20th Sept 2010, and 15th May 2011 (this thread), we heard NOTHING from you at all, yet the problems with Rome casino continued, and seemed to get worse. You were "not here for us" for SEVEN MONTHS during all of this, and this gave the impression that Rome had decided to pull the plug on engaging with players here, and with there being NO regulatory body in Costa Rica, it gave players nowhere to go to get their complaints resolved.
TopGame has a bad enough name already, and this kind of "on-off" behaviour does nothing to instill trust in players, particularly those who do NOT play at TopGame, and are researching whether they can rely on the brand to treat them fairly.
Given recent incidents with US processing, it is too late to turn things around now, since the processors are getting shut down as fast as they emerge, and players seem to lose their money almost EVERY time, whilst the processors and casinos LIE to US players about what is going on during the "drowning process", which means they end up losing MORE money than they needed to because they were using blatant misinformation to inform their decision as to whether to play on or run from a drowning processor/operator.
US players have been shafted like this REPEATEDLY, and must surely be at the point where most have decided to give up trying to find new ways to deposit, and then run the gauntlet of the withdrawal process. Even the TOP operators have been brought down by these actions, so how do the lesser ones feel able to assure players that they are immune to everything the DoJ can throw at them, and that their money is safe.
The persistently buggy TopGame software offers a bad first impression of the quality of the operation.
Would you book into a 4 star hotel if the lobby was filthy when you turned up?
