Rome Casino - Analysis

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to confirm that cagedtiger has been paid today.

Please know that I am here for any problems or issues, and you can always PM me or email me at noah@romepartners.com for a quick reply.

I am here to aid the players in any way that I can.

Kind Regards,

Noah
Rome Casino

Just to re-iterate....

Anyone who hasn't been paid after 8 weeks (well that's everyone actually), please contact Noah so he can make a PR exercise out of your case and "step up to the plate" by having your withdrawal paid.

I think we can all see our way clear to deposit our life savings at Rome....after all, they did pay someone.

I think Rome, Diceland, and Diamond VIP are all run by the same group.

My only experience with these 3 is my playing at Diamond VIP these past 3 months. I knew it was not accredited, but the higher fully cahable bonus enticed me to take a flyer. But despite my skepticism and wariness, I have had good experience, and prompt payouts each and every time.

I do believe and respect the BAD experiences from the members of the forum that have replied to this thread and others. I cannot explain why my experience is different. I have had at least 6-8 cashouts, so it doesn't appear to be any "set up" and then "stick it to" the player ruse either.

Nifty if you ever give Top Game software a try at some site, there are two great games in the Top Game software that DO have FS Multipliers; Beeland and Graves are 3x with 3 scatters, 5x with 4scatters and 10x with 5 scatters. I have only hit the 4 scatters a few times, but wins are huge when that happens.

FWIW,
Diane

I play at ?Winward and never have problems getting paid.. If you like bonuses they have a low WR of 12x's and bonus is cashable..Just my 2 cents..

RomeCasino and Diceland Pay's without any problemm

Hi All

I play a lot on Rome. Sometimes they have several days delay with payment, but they always PAY.

ROME Casino owes me money and they won't pay.

They pick and choose who they pay.

If you go on a forum and talk about them not paying you, you improve your chances of getting paid.

Unless they decide they owe you TOO MUCH, then they just stop talking to you.

what I know

Rome and Diceland are definately owned by same group. I have played both and won once at both. Their normal processing time for withdrawals is 7 days and they will advise you of this.

But now, you can deposit via debit/credit but payout is another question. I only see QT as withdrawal method perhaps they may have recently added check but I would check first before depositing.

Rome and other Top Game casinos are listed in the rogue pit:

Bumblings, Blunders and Negligence
The "Bumblings, Blunders and Negligence" section is reserved for casinos that either screw-up something fierce or are negligent by failing to protect their players from software bugs, stolen data-bases, or commit other acts of serious stupidity. In the military it's called "dereliction of duty" and is punishable by massive pushups, water-boarding, or burning shitters. This is the list:

I just can't fathom why anyone would even consider depositing there.

Talk about desperate.

That sounds about right, Lotso. Only rogue casinos pull that "selective pay syndrome". To the people that say they got paid, you need to understand that even rogues pay "sometimes". But.....................................

One day YOU will be the one that doesn't get paid. How will you feel then?

Hey everyone,

I'd like to say, that Rome does not exclude payment from anyone. I am aware that some players have experienced delays in payment, and we are always on the 'hunt' for new and improved processors (despite the pressure from the US government making it a bit of a Sisyphean task).

Our presence on this and other forums is not to 'quiet' those who have problems, but to provide more channels of communication with our players and to ensure that if someone has a serious delay they can contact me in addition to the regular departments, who handle many cases and so may be slower than I am.

We are here, we do care if you have delays, and you can ALWAYS write to me at noah@romepartners.com or send me a PM.

Kind Regards,

Noah

Why was there an abrupt halt to your activity on 20th September 2010, before which you were actively engaged in the forum, and in particular the Rome casino threads.

Between 20th Sept 2010, and 15th May 2011 (this thread), we heard NOTHING from you at all, yet the problems with Rome casino continued, and seemed to get worse. You were "not here for us" for SEVEN MONTHS during all of this, and this gave the impression that Rome had decided to pull the plug on engaging with players here, and with there being NO regulatory body in Costa Rica, it gave players nowhere to go to get their complaints resolved.

TopGame has a bad enough name already, and this kind of "on-off" behaviour does nothing to instill trust in players, particularly those who do NOT play at TopGame, and are researching whether they can rely on the brand to treat them fairly.

Given recent incidents with US processing, it is too late to turn things around now, since the processors are getting shut down as fast as they emerge, and players seem to lose their money almost EVERY time, whilst the processors and casinos LIE to US players about what is going on during the "drowning process", which means they end up losing MORE money than they needed to because they were using blatant misinformation to inform their decision as to whether to play on or run from a drowning processor/operator.

US players have been shafted like this REPEATEDLY, and must surely be at the point where most have decided to give up trying to find new ways to deposit, and then run the gauntlet of the withdrawal process. Even the TOP operators have been brought down by these actions, so how do the lesser ones feel able to assure players that they are immune to everything the DoJ can throw at them, and that their money is safe.

The persistently buggy TopGame software offers a bad first impression of the quality of the operation.

Would you book into a 4 star hotel if the lobby was filthy when you turned up?

Hi there,

I have been here all along, taking PMs from players and helping them out. Ask around please. At times I see a player with a thread and I speak to them on PMs. If they choose not to acknowledge that I helped and solved their problem (which I almost always do), then that's on them, and should show you that I'm not here to 'look good' to anyone. We had a case like that just a few weeks ago.

I don't always get involved in every thread or every talk because of comments like Nifty's over there. I'm afraid that my appearance usually takes the level of conversation down to members trying to express anger, even if they don't play with us at all. I'm not here to argue, only to help as I can.

While I admire your dedication to US players, as regarding TG, I do not think its right to lump Rome with TG as a service provider. TG must answer for itself, and Rome is always out to find problems and bring them to TG's attention. its in our best interest to solve all glitches if they occur. If you have examples of players that have been wronged somehow - legitimately, or information regarding glitches still unresolved, please bring them to my attention and I will do my best to help - quickly and efficiently.

Kind Regards,

Noah

Don't blame me for your casinos horrible reputation, or for your lack of involvement in the forums. It's a total cop-out and an attempt to divert attention away from the fact that your casino mistreated many CM members and goodness knows how many other poor sods who don't know where to turn when they get screwed.

I make sure that other members are reminded how awful your operation is, to prevent them from becoming the next sucker.

Rome Casino blows. If you don't believe me, see what Bryan says on his rogues page.

Hello Nifty,

You have a right to your opinions and I respect you and them. I am sorry if I offended, I did not mean to mention you as someone who is doing something wrong, just that I am trying to avoid pointless 'you're bad' 'you're wrong' arguments that, honestly, don't really get us anywhere in terms of helping players.

As for the rogue section, if you'll check it yourself, you will see Rome isn't actually in it as a casino, just TG (at the time they shared staff. A month later the operations separated). Furthermore, the incidents described there happened 2 years ago, (June 2009 to be exact) and no update since. If you are basing your vehemence on it, then I think that is not a valid enough reason.

If you base it solely on threads, then you should know that most of these are resolved by me and a surprising number are simply not justified or, at times, just wrong or not completely honest. Yes I've always admitted delays occur, but you assume that each and every player reporting is completely truthful. In your experience, is that usually so?

Kind Regards,

Noah
