Hello there

This says it all.....

10/5/2008 2:10:24 PM NETeller Withdrawal Requested ($300.00)
10/5/2008 7:28:00 AM Coupon 'NEVERENDING150 ' redeemed $150.00
10/5/2008 7:28:00 AM Coupon 'NEVERENDING150' requested

I am still waiting for the payment, I have emailed them but have got no reply, and I rang them , but got no reply (I waited for 5 minutes and this was an international call).

What can I do?

I have met all the playthrough requirements so I don't understand why they haven't paid me yet.

:confused::confused:

How much was your deposit, and what % was the bonus? Either way, good luck getting paid by this group....they say they have turned over a new leaf, but that has yet to be determined. :)

edit: errr, that's a ND bonus code. Good luck.

Good luck w/ your withdrawal - this casino has a very bad reputation.

I hope you get your money. You might want to take a look at the casinos on the accredited list.

I doubt you'll ever get paid, so don't hold your breath. But....on occasion, this bunch of crooks will pay a few players so that you will get all warm and fuzzy inside, and come back here and post how you did get paid from them......thereby sucking in new blood for the casino. Then you'll maybe even be tempted to deposit with them, because they paid you this one time.

DON'T DO IT!!! Run as fast and as far as you can from this casino, and the rest of the Virtual Group. This particular branch of the group includes Coolcat, Club Player, Palace of Chance and Cirrus. But there are dozens of others in the Virtual stable.

Please read the link that Max has posted re: Rogue Section. And familiarize yourself with the names listed under Virtual. Do not ever be tempted to play at any of them. Do not deposit at any of them. Do not give any of them your credit card info or banking info. They are crooks, plain and simple.

Chalk this up to a lesson learned, and in the future do some research before you play anywhere. Don't just trust a site that has tons of banners all over it either, because some of the affiliate sites you run across do not care if you get paid or not, and will urge you to play anywhere it will make THEM some money.

Either type the casino name and the word complaints or problems into Google. Or come to this site and use the search function located at the top of the forum. You'll get a pretty good idea of who's okay and who isn't. You can also make a post in the Online Casinos section, asking for opinions on a certain casino.

Best of luck to you in your future gaming endeavours.

So I guess they really didn't turnover a new leaf, as opposed to what Gambling Wages and the APCW is saying? Imagine that :p

It looks like J. Todd may have been overwhemled by all the complaints received from folks being stiffed by this group of Gambling Wages Casinos that he decided to take into his stable, I just posted this question to Jay over there regarding his statement below...

Gambling Wages Challenge Part 2 Posted by JTodd on October 7, 2008 at 12:19pm in Casino Audits & Dispute Resolution

Dear Members and Friends...

The APCW has been running the "Gambling Wages Challenge" for over five weeks now, and we are wrapping-up investigations on several complicated issues with webmasters and players. Due to the time consuming nature of these investigations, we are no longer accepting new cases involving Gambling Wages at this time.

We hope to have a final resolution to these issues within two weeks time, and we plan on making an official statements regarding each individual case. Thank you all for your patience, as we have been working very hard on each issue... one at a time... to obtain the best possible outcome for those involved.

Thanks,

J Todd

So Jay, what does that statement mean exactly ?? Are you still going to promote these Gambling Wages sites but not help the players try to get paid by them when the player is stiffed out of their winnings or is this just temporary that you are no longer accepting new cases involving Gambling Wages ?? And when will you be accepting new cases ??

It will be interesting to see what Jay's response will be...

wow, unreal.

So they'll pay a couple handfuls of players off that they previously owed money to, but if you're stiffed from any future payments, you're SOL?

btw, whatever happened to the trip down to Costa Rica? :D

The documents we are waiting on are from Laurie Jim and from Western Union. Once we receive those she will be getting her cash. Also, Gambling Wages will be sending us some paperwork about the other cases, which will help us resolve the other issue.

I spoke to Laurie earlier today and she had sent these documents to Jay awhile back and just this weekend she received the $750.00 that she was owed, it was sent to her from Club Player Casino.

I just feel sorry for the people that didn't get paid...you know, the ones that have no idea that CM exists...or the non "chosen ones" that GW decided to pay....or the ones that APCW doesn't have the time to help....ya know, "That One"...

A long, long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, I made the suggestion that GW should proactively seek out players that didn't get paid and surprise them with a check for what they're rightfully due.

If they were to do something of the sort, maybe they'd get out of the rogue pit after time went by and they kept their nose clean?

It's not like they don't have the means...ya know, like their email addresses, physical street addresses, phone numbers, etc. etc. etc.....

But, it's not going to go down like that. Sooner or later the past is going to catch up to them, and then we'll hear news of another Virtual CEO's untimely 'death...' and you know the rest of the story. Another rebranding, etc.

That's a hell of a lot of "means" though for them to come up with, probably at least $500,000.00 or more considering that they still ("Coolcat") owe one player $262,500.20 :eek2:

I'm sure they do, but what I was referring to was their own database of players, along with their full contact information, as well as amount owed. You have to figure that they have one set of books for the tax man, and another set of books with the REAL numbers.

To break it down:
The number of players getting paid or that have been paid by GW would equal one grain of sand on any given beach when you compare it to how many people they've stiffed over the years.
