[ROGUE] Golden Casino isn't paying US customers again!

Funny thing is non-US players are getting paid fine. But Golden Casino was supposed to cater to US players, since we can't play Golden Palace anymore.


Also I noticed on the Golden Casino homepage a link to the Curaco Internet Gaming Association, but why don't I see their name on the members list?

U.S. players are scum as far as the casinos are concerned! "Go to the back of the bus!" You are an American!
 
today August 25, 2008: Ok , a couple of problems AGAIN at Golden casino. Seems that in June 2008 I began getting international service fees of 2% on all deposits via cc, because golden casino is using an international processor. This really adds up! and they will not reimburse me for it? well thats one problem, the big one is they are delayed with payment distribution again, they claim their processors system went down and they have to issue withdraws manually? Well its been about a month now I have been waiting and waiting. I enjoy golden casino, and all in all I have only had a few problems with them. I was so excited and pleased with their cash in hand withdraw method , it was really working out nicely, sometimes I would receive it the next day or usually within 3 days. I sure hope whatever this delay is doesn't cause them to lose this feature, because now they have me spoiled. I really don't trust other online casinos. I have been loyal to golden palace which is golden casino now in the US for many years and they have been good to me. I sure would like to continue playing at golden casino but I am going to wait until they get this straightened out before I make any new deposits. Anybody else experience these problems?

I hope that this is just an isolated incident. I play here regularly and have never had a problem here or when I used to play at Golden Palace. Please keep us updated.

Sir, That has nothing to do with this and its my main focus to make sure my players are protected. Try not to make such comments in this fashion.

They have been a member of my site since they started and so has golden palace and not once have I ever had one single player complaint. If I have ever had, they would be removed at once.

As a player there myself, I have not had any problems cashing out and as I stated, I hope that this situation gets resolved.
