Piranajoe, you case sounds serious. In order to make a separate issue of it, and avoid it getting lost in this thread, you should consider the Pitch-A-Bitch process. You can do that Link Outdated / Removed.
 
Thanks maxd. Seems like people are getting paid, it's just taking up to 7 weeks from what I read. Since it's actually only been 3 weeks since my first withdrawal went to "pending payment" status, I'm going to wait a little while. I'm hesitant to pitch a bitch this early and potentially cause more problems on my account, I don't know...

Unless you think it will get me my money sooner, I'm willing to wait it out for a few weeks if there's nothing else I can do... then I guess I'll pitch the bitch and see where it gets me.

What do you think?

No, I don't think a PAB will speed things up, if anything it might slow things down if one assumes that they're running through their list paying people out in turn. Since we know how long things are taking I'd use that as your measure of when to expect results.
 
well they are definitely having problems with checks again. I talked to them and they mentioned they were experiencing a small delay with payouts to US players, and that they didn't have a timeframe in when to expect the check. :mad:
 
UPDATE:

Just received an emaile from GC that my first check was processed.

So, my first pending payment on 12/7 was cut on 1/2... 18 business days.

Guess that's not too bad. I will keep everyone posted on when I receive it, when it clears, etc.

Happy 2008!

I am having big problems with Golden Casino, they owe me US $6,600 and they are giving me the same turn around that I read above. My withdrall was end of November!!!!
Please if someone has an idea or any information that can help I really appreciate. I owe 70% that money to credit cards and I am paying interest.
I play at English habour and Silver Dollar and they pay.

Please keep me updated of everyone progress. I wish lots of lucky!

Recieved my check today, well actually checks... my first withdrawal came USPS Express from a NY bank in 3 seperate checks in one envelope.

Good news!! Will deposit on Monday and wait to clear... i'll keep everyone posted! :thumbsup::thumbsup:

I sent all the documentation an d they confirm that was received. Spoke with someone on Friday and they told me that I may start to get checks in 2 weeks. Reading that you receive your checks give me hope.
 
My checks cleared in one day. Thanks for all the info and support here. I have a lot more waiting to do for the rest of my money, so rather than keep posting, I'll just post again if there are any more problems other than waiting it out. Thanks again. :thumbsup:

Receiving payments - finally...

Hi MaxD and all...

2 things.

First, my large amount cashout from the end of November, is still being processed (sent). Although, I finally got the confirmation # and email from Golden Casino (which is a good sign) -- exactly the same e-mail I got for my first cashout. It's been a little over 34 days but it looks like their sending it.

The other thing, they have a new WITHDRAWAL option called ATM Card. You have to pay $35 for the cards to be FedEx'd to you but its loaded with money. Each card has a $2,500 maximum load. It's based in Canada so when you use the ATM here in the U.S., they will charge you $4.00 per transaction to take out however, many times the maximum ATM amount allows.

One good thing is, it took about a total of 6 days from the time I requested withdrawal from GC to receive the cards in the mail (via FedEx).

I'm happy but will confirm when i have cash-in-hand (on both transactions).

I guess they ARE paying, it's just taking them longer than usual because of the banking restrictions in the U.S.

Good luck to all other who are waiting for theirs. I think GC is doing their best, I will keep playing there knowing that they EVENTUALLY pay. whew!

BryanD, no offense but posting like this in someone else's thread is called "hijacking" -- it's an off-topic question that could well have the affect of derailing the original topic -- and is considered rather bad form because it's not respectful of the original poster's efforts to see their own issues addressed.

Glad to hear you got paid and HUGE CONGRATS ON YOUR BIG WIN!

I do still have faith in this casino. Many of my players send me emails all the time how much they like this place and I have not heard from any players having problems.

I do understand the hassle that some players have had to deal with because of living in the USA. These processors will all of a sudden stop dealing with these casinos and cause a huge mess for the casino which counted on them to payout the players. Funds get held up, lost, and causes the players to get paid very late.

It is very good they have a new option with this ATM card and I noticed that Use my wallet was recently added to their methods. So hopefully we will have faster payouts and avoid the check mess.

My last payment was issued on January 28th.

I still have a large amount pending payout and am now on my third week of not getting paid again. Same run-around story and I'm getting nervous again. Poor communication on their end.

Anyone else get paid these last three weeks? Thanks in advance.

I got paid about a week and half ago using check by fedex.
 
I live in the US, in NY. A few months ago it took over 2 months from the time I requested a withdrawal to my receiving a check. However, my most recent experience has been considerably better. Request withdrawal of $5103 on Jan 31. Payment issued on Feb. 20. Checks in my hand on Feb. 26. Note that this was using the Fedex delivery option, which incurrs a $35 fee. I have just spoken to Live Support, and they say that in the future, it should only take around a week between withdrawal request and payment issued. Hope this is the beginning of a good trend.
 
This is good you were paid. It seems like the bulk of these withdraws were during the November/December time frame. Not trying to make excuses for them but I believe they had payment processor issues which basically can screw the casinos over without notice tying up a lot of withdraws.

Keep us updated everyone on your withdraws.
 
Hmmm, this is better news than I expected to hear. They've been singularly uncooperative about getting some PABs resolved -- promises made, promises broken, etc etc -- hence the new Rogue listing. Sounds like it's time for another crack at it.
 
golden casino payments delayed again

today August 25, 2008: Ok , a couple of problems AGAIN at Golden casino. Seems that in June 2008 I began getting international service fees of 2% on all deposits via cc, because golden casino is using an international processor. This really adds up! and they will not reimburse me for it? well thats one problem, the big one is they are delayed with payment distribution again, they claim their processors system went down and they have to issue withdraws manually? Well its been about a month now I have been waiting and waiting. I enjoy golden casino, and all in all I have only had a few problems with them. I was so excited and pleased with their cash in hand withdraw method , it was really working out nicely, sometimes I would receive it the next day or usually within 3 days. I sure hope whatever this delay is doesn't cause them to lose this feature, because now they have me spoiled. I really don't trust other online casinos. I have been loyal to golden palace which is golden casino now in the US for many years and they have been good to me. I sure would like to continue playing at golden casino but I am going to wait until they get this straightened out before I make any new deposits. Anybody else experience these problems?
 
I used solid debit and togglecard for deposits but never tried to withdraw, although I did hear all kinds of good things about their withdraws..call them up, ask questions before you use them, it's better to be safe than sorry..
