Well can you believe that I actually have a complaint about this site? Thankfully this issue is not off a deposit but rakeback that I received from some time ago.
I registered for a $50 Multi-table tournament and when I was transferred to my seat the software froze and logged me out. I thought it was odd cause nothing like that had ever happened to me. I tried it several more times and the same thing kept happening. So I repaired my internet connection, re-installed the software, and restarted my computer. However the same thing kept happening to me. I was certain that this problem was with their software since my internet was fine and even more convincing I was able to connect to pokerstars and fulltilt without any issues what so ever.
I wrote to technical support and they wrote me back basically insisting this was my fault and that they were not going to issue a refund. In my 4 years of playing online poker I don't think I have ever seen a site refuse a refund due to a technical problem regardless of whose fault. And in this instance it was most certainly not my fault. I guess I really can't be surprised by this sites behavior but hopefully someone can help me.
