Just thought I should give the heads up, I tried to a bank withdraw from my account at rizk.com on mar 27th. Today the money was put back into the casino(even after I had locked it.) I reached out to customer support, and they told me that they refuse to do a bank tranfer (as I deposited with visa. What is the point in gambling, If I can not get cold hard cash in my account. I am very let down by this, and I will not be making further transactions with rizk, wich is a shame as they have a great casino.

I have never had a problem before doing a bank withdrawl at an online, and I always deposit with visa.

One thing which is common practice within the online casino industry is that payments, both deposit and withdrawals, are to be made to the same mechanism. I.e., if you deposit with Visa, you should withdraw using Visa. This is primarily because of Anti Money Laundering rules and regulations.

Spot on..
Most casino's have this clearly stated in their t&c's and Rizk did nothing wrong here.
And OP, just make the WD again but back to your VISA.
You will have your money in a jiffy as Rizk is very fast with pay outs!
A very well respected outfit here so I find your rant a bit premature.

So let me get this straight .. You gambled with a credit card - presumably with credit. Now you want that "hard earned money", that you earned by gambling with money you didn't even have, into your bank account. If you're gonna play with credit then be prepared to have your winnings be paid into your credit card to pay off the said credit. That's how it works mate, and that's how most casinos you come across work - You must WD to the method you deposit with.

Pointless OP IMO - Sorry!

Debit / credit card withdrawals are faster than bank transfers/wires anyway

Unless something dodgy was attempted your end, I really cannot see the problem?

My 2 cents in this thread are as follows.

So OP said he has played at other online casinos doing the same without problems. I call that BS surely the OP if he or she has gambled in the past should know this rule.

Maybe i smell that something more sinister is going on here. but maybe not who knows.

EDIT: Retracted this post as reply given below gives a reason as to confirm the OP issue.

Okay everyone. This OP has a valid complaint. Visa and Mastercard in Canada does not allow gambling transactions, therefore, the withdrawal would get rejected. Most casinos are aware of this and allow bank transfers because of it. I have had to do this with several casinos such as Trada, Panda, Casinoheroes, etc. There has never been an issue with bank transfers when depositing via credit card so Rizk should not have a problem with it either when it is the only viable method of withdrawal.

This is very strange because Canadians cannot cashout back to credit cards. Surely Rizk should be aware of this since this has been the case for god knows how long? I suggest you bring it to their attention and hopefully an apology will follow and a quick cashout

Hi jeffdoobs, good to "virtually" meet you. I see you are new here and this is your first post but it is pretty simple to solve, just PM me with the email you signed up to Rizk with, then i can look at the specifics of this for you and then make sure that this is sorted out for you or if there is more to it then i will give you the full reasons behind it.

First i have heard of this, luckily someone pointed out this thread to me otherwise i would have missed it.....
