Hello. Tried out Rizk casino because it was highly rated here. Played there for first time and wanted to share my experience . Was getting killed. Placed a 8$ bet on 17 on lightning roulette and hit 17. On a multiplier would have paid me 3k . Here's what I got instead. I'm not sure what type of casino can accept and then tell you your bet wasn't registered with a straight face. But I guess I just answered that.

Hadent contacted Rep. Here. Not really looking for anything from it. Contacted casino reps twice and received this email. Just looking for a fair gaming environment. Hard thing to find lately , just wanted to share my experience. Disheartening

they are usually good here. if you think its wrong it is worth pursuing. doesn't cost anything and it may be an error on their side that they haven't noticed or an error in general. This could avoid other players having the same issue or the casino having further issues in the future. Totally up to you though

If you get all the screen shots etc form your account you can always put a PAB in.

Please note that the OP has a PAB in progress on this issue. Assuming they have read and will comply with the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures they can't and won't be responding here until the PAB has run it's course.

I don't know about this casino's rep, but I've seen my share of these "convenient" rejections at Evolution tables.

Haha totally agree lol, newbies are great with all due respect.
And I must say also. The rep is very helpful, I had major issues a while back and he sorted it no issues. Have faith.
Rizk are a standup operation with good and decent staff.

No offence dude but why not ask the current status before you go tossing the pissy criticisms about? This is hardly the first time you've done this sort of thing. Of course it's not the end of the world but it does create a wholly unnecessary bad vibe.

FYI, as of Sunday morning the OP says they're reached out to the rep but hadn't heard back yet.

I have double checked my inbox and i have no messages from @ryanstarz about this issue

@maxd you say that there is a pab about this? can you send it to me please as i havent received it.

Once received we will of course deal with it but as per the terms of a pab we wont comment on this situation in open forum

I remember I placed $10 on no. 1 once and it hit. Smth went wrong and I was paid $350,000. I figured, ok no way I can cash this out but I tried anyway and the casino paid me all of it!! Now, I will take Things That Never Happened for $200, Alex! :)

They have credited my account with a sum and now consider the matter closed. Dont think this was a casino issue more an evolution gaming issue. Dont want to spread any kind of ill will toward the casino. They have gone above and beyond what they "had" to do . Thumbs up.
